The Typhoon needs a permanent crew and Blackbeard has offered to even getting one thousand people ready. There levelling will be slower as the Typhoon is not yet ready but Blackbeard is ready, but like the Crippling Desert, they can use the Typhoon to move their small boats to deep ocean resource areas. If they are lucky, they might find a dungeon or an instant that can give stronger tech.
