Even though most beast rely on instincts, vision and hearing. There are some beasts who have evolved or grown to a stage where they have same amount of intelligence as humans or any other intelligent species.

WeiZhe reappears two thousand kilometers from the underwater explosion with his magic wand and disappears right as he appears there.

This continuous many times as he moves constantly two thousand kilometers toward a certain direction and the only proof of him ever appearing there is a fading magic circle in the void that fades away quite fast for anyone to discern what spell was used.

But if anyone saw what WeiZhe was doing they would realise he was using a kind of teleportation spell to travel large distances, but this would confuse them too as most people travel large distances using teleportation arrays which have been carved down on to city's and not spells as they are not convenient when comparing mana consumption and mental stress.

Yes, aside from mana which all spells and arrays need to be powered, without mental capacity to process the inner workings of a spell one can never deploy a spell which is why hard-to-process spells like teleportation spells involving space and coordination are carved down as magic arrays.

As he travels large distances in an instant he passes by many villages, towns, citys, kingdoms and even empires and alliances.

Even as he keeps doing this, beads of sweat premate his forehead and his back is covered by sweat due to exhaustion.

Taking a deep breath while panting due to over exhaustion on his mana WeiZhe is forced to stop and levitate in the air.

"Haaaa... Huff. Hehe... I still go it!

Even as he looks like a miserable old grandpa who has exhausted himself fully and is on the verge of dying WeiZhe doesn't forget to praise himself.

And he truly can't be blamed for this as what he has done, by travelling 26 thousand kilometers in just a matter of minutes, could be considered absurd and unheard of because even the best teleportation arrays needs to be charged every time they are used and made sure no damages have been done to it.

As a single mistake in the teleportation array can send the people in a totally wrong location or even worse leave them stranded in the vast void and if the people who are stranded in the void don't have anyone capable of opening a crack between the void and reality they would quickly be frozen or torn to shreds by the void stretching.

That is why WeiZhe ability to use large distance single teleportation spells 13 times without pause is truly worthy of his arrogant mumbling.

As WeiZhe slowly lands down on the ground, which is a forest surrounded by no human activity, he casts a powerful scanning spell to see if there are any dangers around and if are he would need to set up a few arrays to alert, defend and fool those dangerous beasts while he gets himself together.

Indeed, even though WeiZhe is the most knowledgeable being alive currently but he isn't the most powerful being albeit he believes if he needs to he could think of a way to beat up the mage who has proclaimed to be the most powerful mage in terms of battle power.

As WeiZhe scans and and organises the information he got from the spell he reveals a smile while feeling pleasantly surprised as to find out that there are no powerful beast or mages roaming around here and simple setting up a aura array to ward of weaklings will do to intimidate them.

Humming while murmuring stuff to himself WeiZhe goes of to set up a tent and a basic aura array nearby.

"Hmm... Since there are no dangers nearby i'll just set up a aura array and alert array just in case."

Being cautious and careful in everything he does is WeiZhes personality albeit he is no perfectionist but he does like to best others when it comes to spells and mostly everything else too.

He is that guy who won't try to get full scores in a exam but he will be hell bent on being better than others at the very least, this could be considered good and bad as not only is he addicted to gathering knowledge but he also like to improve the gathered knowledge.

For example if he gets his hands on a new spell he would try to improve it even if it was very little or until he can't improve any longer by himself.

So WeiZhe spends most of his time gathering knowledge and researching the said gathered knowledge to try and improve based on it.

And even in this vast world of mages and wonders you won't find another one like WeiZhe because he truly isn't a person who belongs here or more precisely he isn't from this world in the first place.

Yes, WeiZhe originally was from a world where magic and miracles were associated with fairy tales and stories imagined up by people for their own purposes or so it seems to him.

As he died in that world even before truly stepping on to society and embarking on his own path.

And his unsatisfiable thirst for knowledge and researching to improve is something he picked up in his previous life.

Dying as a research assistant of some scholar while not being able to achieve anything yet, this got deeply rooted inside his soul, and allowed him to never lose his passion for knowledge even after so long, that knowledge could literally be considered his wife while researching would be his way of making love to have a child which on this case would be the new found knowledge.

As the tent gets setted up and the arrays are on and running, WeiZhe goes inside the tent and sits down cross legged on the floor of the tent while taking out some meaty snack to chew on as he gathers mana from his surroundings by converting for example humidity or oxygen into mana.

That is how talented WeiZhe is, that he can eat while gathering and converting mana, while others need to close their eyes and shut off their senses from the rest of the world to try and sense mana.

Although mana is everywhere not all mana can be gathered and stored inside a mages body as mana doesn't come in pure form and even some mages mana has special characteristics making their mana also not pure.

While this is not a bad thing in the short term but if one absorbs impure mana they would get blockages which would stop their path in the future and and weaken their spells too, absorbing impure mana to replenish their lost mana which was pure can lead to backlashes too.

After eating his meaty snack WeiZhe starts seriously gathering and converting mana to absorb and store inside his body.

This creates a beautiful and wonderful phenomenon in the surroundings as if a huge whale sucking in water; creating a whirlpool of mana that is being sucked in one point which is WeiZhe as the center point.

After couple of hours later, WeiZhe opens his eyes, for a moment there is a dangerous glint that could swallow anyones soul away and drag to depths of a ocean.

Standing up WeiZhe checks the alert magic array if there have been any daring beasts nearby as not only does it alert if someone or something approaches but also records down if anyone was in its range of safety and danger.

The both magic arrays of aura and alert stack on top of each while revolving around each other creating two circles on top of each other, one intimidating others while, the other one recording and keeping a watch to alert WeiZhe in case of a trespasser.

"Sine no one disturbed me I too should just leave just as quickly and quietly I came."

While saying so, WeiZhe decides to get to his destination without any more breaks for rest.

Once again taking out his wand from his glowing bracelet, WeiZhe waves his right hand to store the tent inside his spatial storage device which could be considered as a room itself as it has everything a room would need.

Teleporting constantly in a certain direction WeiZhe arrives at a mountains edge, while breathing in the fresh and cold air of a mountain WeiZhe looks down and smiles as he says,"Didn't take long now, did it, heh?"

Chuckling a little, WeiZhe is a also a bit surprised looking at the gathering and center place for all magic knowledge - Mainland, City Of Atmos.

WeiZhe as much he was surprised due to City Of Atmos growth he didn't forget to inform others of his arrival.

Taking a deep breath and stirring up his mana inside his body for a couple dozen of seconds and suppressing it at the same time.

WeiZhe released his supresson on his mana and allowed it to sweep all over the city startling many people and shocking people due to it's large coverage albeit WeiZhe only stretched his mana out of his body and not truly released it or else the damages would have been quite drastic.
