Hearing Gladius's words, Leon's anger rose to his limits, he clenched his fist to control his rising anger.
'I can't take this any longer, he has no right to tell me what to do, to hell with his Sword training! ' Leon gave Gladius a fierce look, making his decision.
But just as he was about to retort, his eyes bulged out of their sockets, as a shocking scene came live right in front of him.
A middle-aged man appeared right in front of Leon, facing Gladius, he was clad in a white Daoist robe. His long glowing silver hair was held up with a golden pin, with no wrinkles or beard on his handsome, well-chiseled face that made Leon look and admire with awe.
Though he wore the ancient cultivator robe, his taste in dressing was unique, unique enough that even a modern-day guy like Leon couldn't help but admire his style of dressing.
If one looked at him, especially his face, one would notice that he looked like an older version of Leon. If Leon had seen the man's face, he would be shocked, but fortunately and unfortunately for Leon, the man never showed his face, he appeared like a ghost, his back, facing Leon, that's why Leon was not able to see his face.
After appearing, and without saying a word to Leon, the middle-aged man raised his hands and wrote a mysterious word in the air, before Leo could register what was happening, a black dome-like formation surrounded the middle-aged man and Gladius, deeming Leon incapable of seeing or hearing what was going on between the middle-aged man and Gladius.
'Urgh, So frustrating' Leo clenched his just tightly in frustration.
His curiosity is killing him and he is dying to know their conversation and how Gladius would handle the situation.
He did not know who the middle-aged man was but he had a feeling that the man was going to shock him somehow.
He sighed in his heart, thanking the middle-aged man from the bottom of his heart. Though he did not know who the man was and how he was able to access his soul subspace, Leon knew that if the man was a second late at interrupting, he would have blatantly insulted Gladius.
Meanwhile, inside the dark dome-like formation, the surrounding was surprisingly and mysteriously lit, even though the dark dome-like formation was keeping light from passing through into the formation.
Inside this formation, there was a tense standoff between the middle-aged man and Gladius, thick killing intent emanated out of this figure, directed unto Gladius forcing the Sword God to his knees...
"I told you not to overstep your boundaries!" The man said in a cold voice as he increased the pressure on Gladius.
Even under this thick pressure, Gladius did not give up, he clutched his heart with a pained expression on his face and said in a pleading tone "P-please, I n-need a-ssurance"
Hearing his words, the eyes of the middle-aged man twitched a little, "You know that your soul has weakened so much after I revived you, but yet you still dare pull off such a trick!, How far can your obsession take you!" the man said In a reprimanding tone.
Gladius at this point, coughed out blood
Increasing the pressure on Gladius, the man said "Looks like you are not getting things straight. My reincarnation does not need your stupid training, So, if you don't want to train him, you can go to hell! Besides, you have no one to keep your legacy, if you give up this chance to take Leon as your disciple then your legacy as the Sword God would be lost forever!"
Hearing Deus's words, Gladius seemed to have a change in expression, his voice changed to a solemn one, "Did anything happen to my Sword Temple!?"
In response, Deus reduced his voice, knowing that the message Gladius is going to receive right now will not feel good to him in the slightest. "I don't know what Zeus has against you, but soon after your death, your sword temple was erased from history, All your Sword immortal disciples were cleaned away from the surface of the Galaxy"
"T-that bastard!" Gladius muttered with a clenched fist, dropping to his knees with veins bulging out of his skin, one could imagine how angry he was.
"M-my Harem..." He said in a solemn voice, he felt as if a knife was pierced through his heart. There were just so many memories.
But then, he tried to tell himself that they were still alive and kicking somewhere, he tried to make himself believe that Deus was lying to him.
Clouded by the pain he muttered to himself in an almost inaudible voice, "Calm down, Deus Anima is dead, he shouldn't be able to know this, Deus must be lying to me, he must be playing games with me"
Looking at Deus straight in the eyes, thick killing intent laced with anger radiating out of him, "Deus, you should be wise enough to know what and what not to joke with."
Deus laughed hysterically in response, "When did you start caring about your Harem... I thought your obsession was everything to you"
Gladius narrowed his eyes at Deus' annoying laughter, he was angered by Deus not taking this seriously, but all he could do right now was endure, he had to endure... for now.
Nevertheless, he answered despite being extremely angered, "You're right, I care not of my harem, they are there only when I need to satisfy my sexual needs, but my son... My Son is with them"
Deus's eyes widened in surprise for a moment as he heard Gladius's words.
It's hard and rare to see a God having children, so things like this usually come as a surprise to most Gods. Heck! Deus himself, one of the most powerful gods in existence during his time, lived for more than a billion years, but he did not have a single child.
But here is Gladius, also one of the strongest Gods, whose life was filled with his desire to fulfill his goal.
So for him to have a son was very shocking.
Men of Culture, have you ever imagined an Mc fucking a bunch of goddess with unique name and stuff... thus book has it all!
All I need is your... Patience.
