Sang Kyu hurriedly took out his business card and presented it to Joon-won with both his hands. Joon-won gently took it before giving it a glance and placing it in his back pocket. 

Both didn't talk much as Sang Kyu introduced himself and about the work he does and Joon-won asked how he got into the industry. It seems like Sang Kyu was once an aspiring actor but failed pretty miserably. But still wanted to be in the entertainment sector and so he became a manager instead. He has a fair number of connections to various casting directors, which help him get the actors under him at least into an audition opportunity.
