Scared To Live?

"Behind you, Careful." Hearing the woman's voice in her head, the girl quickly got off from her seat on the platform and turned around trying to say something but it was too late. "Dammit what's that asshole doing, letting you get caught like this." Swearing she didn't know what to do to help in this situation. Meanwhile the girl continued to struggle in her captors arms until she heard a voice enter her head.

"Shhhh, be quiet for a second and sit back down."

"....."

Ignoring that she continued struggling. "Why would I listen to you." Generating any Astral Energy she could to try and escape she struggled a little more until eventually she realized nothing was working as another voice entered her head different from the woman's. "Stop or I'll just use force." Hearing that and feeling herself weakening she knew there wasn't any point in continuing to try and escape. Relaxing her body, she let her capturer take control as she sat back down. "You don't have to panic so much, You know." "Why would I trust whatever you say." "Easy, your friends with Tearia right?" "...." "Well I'm her Grandmother, though you can just call me Mel." Hearing Tearia's name she slightly flinched as she looked down at the situation happening in the arena but it was too stormy for her to even see anything.

"Why should I believe you?" Even if she said that she could easily be lying, though having said that there weren't many ways for the woman to prove it to her either yet she managed to shock her. "Simple Rose, besides my Granddaughter talking about you, she also mentioned the name you used although fake."

"....How."

"I'm not an idiot you know?"

Hearing that she shut up as she decided to listen to what she was saying. "No one else knew that name besides Tearia." Sighing she didn't know what to think but one question was on her mind.

"If that's the case why are you here and not helping Tearia?"

"Oh that? Don't worry, my husband will handle that just fine. As to why I'm here with you instead, I thought it was quite simple. I'm here to help you escape."

"Escape? what are you even talking about."

Feeling her heart skip a beat at the mention of escaping she didn't know what to do as she felt Tearia's grandmother gently rub her hair. "Don't worry, I overheard your little outburst yesterday and with all these scratches on your body it's quite easy to tell you're not in a good situation." "What...?" She didn't even know how someone had heard her let alone know she was covered in marks. She couldn't understand what was happening.

"So just be a good girl and listen to what I say okay?"

"....No..it's pointless."

"But it's not."

Staring down at the girl's blue hair Mel sighed as she tried to find the words to say while making sure she was completely hidden from anyone's sight. Getting caught here would just be a major pain to deal with. Thankfully Eli had managed to grab most of the people here's attention. "What to say, what to say.... I could just force her? No let's try again first." Switching between ideas in her head back and forth she cycled through them all knowing she probably didn't have too much time as she tried to talk to her.

"Why do you think it's pointless?"

"Because..."

"Doesn't really sound like an answer to me Rose."

"..."

"Scared to try?"

Hearing that whisper a shiver ran down Rose's back after Tearia's Grandmother nailed her fears on the head. "Are you really going to give up on life just because you're scared?" continuing to talk to her Tearia's mother tried to convince Rose as fast as she could while Eli was attacked by an entire barrage of people.

"Persistent fellows." Weaving in and out of the attacks being sent at him, Eli casually avoided them all regardless of what they were while occasional lightning bolts rained down from the sky towards different people. Dodging a quick fireball, he felt the heat emitting from it as it went by. "Little rusty." Though maybe it was him just playing around too much that caused a mistake. "Meh." Shaking his head he continued firing lightning, knocking opponents out one at a time while Hazel constantly screamed profanity into his ears but he simply just blocked it out. "She really is quite an annoying little girl." Sighing he finally felt Delfex's presence come at him.

"Finally, he decides to attack." Holding up a hand he swatted a giant blade made of pure Astral Energy as he faced Delfex. Without even gaining a scratch he continued walking towards him while Delfex regained his balance and attacked again. This time he charged up a giant flame along with it as he lunged towards the old man. "Why am I in this mess." After failing that last strike he knew he wasn't a match for the old man but he had to fight unfortunately. "Dammit Hazel." With only complaints in his head he watched as his attack was once again casually shrugged off and cursed in his head.

People were being knocked unconscious all around him one by one while a heavy rain had started to pour down yet Hazel still stood her ground holding onto the Old man's Granddaughter. "Hazel, Let the girl go already. Enough of this nonsense. We're going to die at this rate." Completely oblivious to what was going on behind him no one paid attention to Rose as a silent figure slowly started to drag her away with no one noticing. Smiling Eli watched as Mel did her job and knew it was probably about time to start ending this show.

With almost thirty people from all the Clan's knocked out, there were only a few more people left to deal with. Mainly the last of the leaders and one or two more people under the. Unfortunately for Eli, backup had finally arrived for Delfex after making sure all their allies were okay. "Well this got slightly more annoying." Staring at all the leaders now standing in front of him besides Hazel he wondered what to do as he continued forward however with the girl no longer needing time to escape with Mel he figured it was time to end this. "Let's to this…" Creating a spear of water the size of an arena, Eli raised it up in the air as the three people stood in front of him.

"I hope you don't die."

Enjoy
