'Really?' He asked.
'Yeah, so do you know anything?'
'No. I haven't heard from her in years. Please keep me posted on the case. And did you call my dad? He's been posting pictures of them lately.'
'Thanks, Barney, I'll keep you posted.' I hung up the call.
Uncle Ray became my biggest suspect at that point.
The month went by really quickly and there was still no word from Kassy.
The police and some detectives were at mum's house all the time for further questioning and investigations. Since mum's house was relatively larger than that of Eric's, we decided to live there together.
Eric hated the idea because he grew up in a big house with people everywhere and the troubles that came with it left him scarred.
He decided he did not want any of that for his children, so he moved out as soon as he got a stable job, but Kassy's case had shoved him right back into the hole he managed to crawl out of.
