MC travels throughout the universe to pick up the side characters, the undesirables, the poorly written, the ones that suffered without justice. Those that have a real reason to exist, but are thrown away by their authors for the sake of a random character that makes no impact whatsoever.

His goal is to remold them, shape them into a potential they might have been and while he's at it he might as well turn the entire world upside down...
