There Conditions

"Fine... I'm willing to join your team on one condition, Ms. Am... I mean BlueHeroine."

BlueHeroine and SilverPup stop their wrestling fight upon hearing Luel's remark.

"Don't do it, Lucent! Don't fall for BlueB*'s seduction...Umm... Ummm..."

BlueHeroine covers SilverPup's mouth with her right hand, strangles SilverPup's neck with her left hand, and sits on top of her to pin SilverPup on the ground.

"Just say what you want, Lucent. But don't you dare ask for anything perverted like this dog!"

BlueHeroine warned Luel with a serious look yet with a still bright red face and ears.

Luel, on the other hand, has already had his one foot on the grave with a sign that says...

...Where lies those who fall on the high cliff called one-sided love...

Since Amy's RAIDS ONLINE avatar, BlueHeroine, has the same look as her in real life, except for the blue-colored hair that is supposed to be black, Luel has the same dumbfounded reaction upon seeing BlueHeroine's blushing face.

"Lucent?"

BlueHeroine's voice brought back Luel's mind, which imagined Amy's real-life look having a blushing face.

"About my condition for joining your team, BlueHeroine..."

Luel didn't even need to finish what he was about to say. The look he's giving is enough for BlueHeroine to figure out Luel's condition on her own.

The look that Luel is giving is not towards BlueHeroine but to SilverPup instead.

"NO!... I will not have this perverted dog in my team!... NEVER!"

Luel's condition for joining BlueHeroine's team is for SilverPup to join as well.

"So you're actually feeling displeased about our misunderstanding. Is that why you're asking me to let this perverted dog in my team so you can get back at me, Lucent?"

Before Luel can explain his reason for SilverPup joining BlueHeroine's team, BlueHeroine has already assumed something else. Luel is expecting BlueHeroine to get mad like before, but her reaction, or rather, her response, is something Luel didn't expect.

"Just ask something else, Lucent... I'm fine even if it's a little bit perv... I mean... naugh..."

BlueHeroine couldn't even finish saying her words as she hid her blushing face behind her long blue hair while looking down with only her bright red ears for Luel to see.

Luel wanted to say that Amy should value her words and herself more and just not casually say those words to anyone, not even to him. However, Luel can't say anything as his mind has completely shut down, and he is already lying down on the one-sided love grave, waiting for anyone to grab the shovel and bury him.

After Luel, BlueHeroine, and SilverPup had calmed down from the different emotions they were overwhelmed by, the three sat on the ground in front of each other.

Luel then explained his reason as to why he wanted SilverPup to be a part of BlueHeroine's team.

BlueHeroine's goal is to defeat and devour all the high-ranking Ragnarok Beasts. And to accomplish that goal BlueHeroine and Luel won't be enough on their own.

BlueHeroine would have to invite other RAIDS ONLINE players if she wants the chance of defeating and devouring the high-ranking Ragnarok Beasts to increase. But with her bad reputation as a player who would always cause collateral damage to other players whenever she's fighting Ragnarok Beast, it would be difficult to find other players who would like to join her team without any ulterior motives.

Luel also didn't want to see BlueHeroine or, rather, his beloved Amy desperately begging other players to join her team. Especially not to another guy. Yet Luel didn't tell this part in his explanation so SilverPup wouldn't tease him and BlueHeroine.

With SilverPup on BlueHeroine's team, it would be much easier to invite other players using SilverPup's popularity and connections.

After Luel's explanation, BlueHeroine has at least reconsidered allowing SilverPup to be a part of her team. However...

"All those days I dreamed of a day, a moment, when you got what you deserved. And I was always so disappointed. But now you cause collateral damage and you call it unintentional. The RAIDS ONLINE has judged you. You will ask for a prize and I will tell you no. You failed. And do you want to know why? Because you're a B*, BlueB*."

...So unoriginal...

That's what's on Luel's mind as he listens to SilverPup's speech.

BlueHeroine, on the other hand, has a look like she was just bullied and is about to cry.

Seeing BlueHeroine's hopeless face, Luel won't be able to just watch and do nothing.

"Isn't there any way for you to change your mind, SilverPup?"

"Well, for you Lucent, I'm willing to reconsider your condition. If only BlueB* here would beg for it."

SilverPup said her demand with a serious tone in her voice, and Luel and BlueHeroine understood that SilverPup wasn't playing around. She wants BlueHeroine to beg in front of her and apologize for all the Raids that she ruined. Especially the one two years ago against the swarm of Rank C Ragnarok Beasts.

Apologizing for her actions is something that BlueHeroine has no problem with. However, begging to SilverPup is another matter at hand.

Since BlueHeroine, or rather Amy, has a proud and confident personality, begging anyone will surely hurt her pride.

Seeing the look of despair in BlueHeroine's eyes, Luel decided to take matters into his own hands.

"If you make BlueHeroine beg, then we're done for, SilverPup."

...WHAT?...

Not only SilverPup but also BlueHeroine was surprised by Luel's remark.

"Are you saying that you're choosing BlueHeroine over me, Lucent?"

It's not that Luel is choosing BlueHeroine. After all, his condition for joining BlueHeroine's team is for SilverPup to join as well. It's either the three of them or nothing.

"Then you're just being unfair. You have me beg for forgiveness but you won't let BlueB* do it?!"

SilverPup has a point. But Luel didn't exactly ask SilverPup to beg for forgiveness. It was SilverPup who did it on her own.

"Then what's the difference between me and BlueB*?... Don't tell me you really got seduced by her in real life, Lucent?"

...Because she is my beloved Idol...

But it's not like Luel can say what's exactly on his mind.

Unable to give any answer, both Luel and BlueHeroine, SilverPup were left with no choice but to ask for a different demand in exchange for joining BlueHeroine's team and not cutting ties with Luel.

"Fine!... I would also join BlueB*'s team only if Lucent joined the Orion Guild."

"Can't BlueHeroine join as well?"

"No!... RAIDS ONLINE officer can't join any Guild. So what's your answer, Lucent?"

It was a much easier condition. But as far as Amy knows Luel, he has insecurity being a part of a large group, and being a member of the Orion Guild would be too much to ask for Luel just for her sake. However...

"Fine... I'm joining the Orion Guild then, SilverPup."

Luel would rather endure his insecurity in front of other people than see Amy begging.

After Luel, BlueHeroine, and SilverPup have agreed to form a team, SilverPup logs out of RAIDS ONLINE.

Luel and Amy are about to log out as well. But before the ray of light beams them up towards the Moon Base, Amy has said something to Luel.

"Since you and PoodlePup both demand a condition... I have one as well, Lucent."
