The reason for George's calling back was the sudden death of their Angel ancestor.
Angels still wanted nothing to do with Black-eyed Angels, so they gave them a planet named Yulara and cut their relationship entirely with Black-eyed Angels.
Yulara was a Grade 5 planet, so the highest level a being can have in it is peak Level 6. But Black-eyed Angels had no peak Level 5 being, let alone a Level 6.
Angels keeping that in mind gave the inhabitants of Yulara a different place to stay so that Black-eyed Angels can live in peace.
Yulara is a planet having 50% water and 50% land.
Forests covered more than 70% of the land. As all the advanced species were given extra land to stay, so only non-intelligent species were left. It included aquatic species as well as several plant species.
