Bai Chang smiled, then picked up his chopsticks as if to prove he hadn't poisoned the food.
He even picked up a piece of braised pork from Lu Yan's bowl and chewed it carefully.

This was Lu Yan's first time killing someone, whom she drank wine and ate meat from beforehand.
After eating and drinking, she sat opposite Bai Chang and sighed.

When the man heard Lu Yan's words, he didn't react and merely smiled.
Lu Yan continued to sigh, "Someone offered a high price for me to take away your organs… Are you willing to give them?"
The man did not seem surprised. It was as if he knew the woman's motive.
