"Tell me." Jiang Xiaowei nodded.
Huo Mian reached into her bag and placed the phone on the table.
"Pfff… that's such an old model, don't tell me it's your phone." Jiang Xiaowei was flabbergasted by the old Nokia cellphone placed before her; she hadn't seen this model on the market for years.
"No, it's an old friend's… He's not alive anymore, but it seems like there are some clues in his cellphone. The phone is off right now, I think it's broken. Do you know anyone who can help me find out the call history on this phone?"
"Call history? Take the sim card and go to the provider." Jiang Xiaowei was startled.
Huo Mian shook her head. "There's no sim card, I didn't see one when I got the phone."
"There isn't a sim card?" Jiang Xiaowei was confused.
Huo Mian knew that things wouldn't be easy; the disappearance of the sim card couldn't have been a coincidence.
