Chapter 56: Break up (1)

Few years back when Luciella was still 14 years old and Ji Cheng Mo was 24 years old, the young man fell in love to her innocent naivety. Those purple-greenish eyes, and kissable lips. Even when she was just 14, she was one of a kind.

Luciella fell for his kind and loyal heart to her, maybe it was because she was still young. But she liked the manly maturity oozing out from a mature male, one that attracts her when she was young.

Her life as a mischievous unruly granddaughter of De Luca Familia was widely known, both Luciella and Ji Cheng Mo fell in love during the time she came over to his house and play with Ji Nuan. A cold brother, bothered to join his sister, was solely because of her.

They begin dating after a romantic night,

It was a beautiful Sunday night, the air was chilly. Standing in the middle of a flower garden, Ji Cheng Mo anticipated for the 14 years old Luciella to enter with Ji Nuan's help.

Luciella wore a light yellow dress and heels, walking into the garden. Candles on the floor of the trail, lights up the dreamy night. Luciella eyes went teary when she saw Ji Cheng Mo holding a bouquet of roses.

"Rong Xuan, will you be my girlfriend?" He was extremely handsome that day, with his hair up. His beautiful features were out, tall and manly.

"WOW!" Ji Cheng Mo was shocked when Luciella ran over and hugged him, tears stained her face. She nodded her head at the confession, smiling widely as though it was the best day ever. To have a man love her, to have someone that belong to her. She loved that feeling, of having someone who has his eyes solely on her.

Months pass by quickly, Ji Cheng Mo and Luciella were happily dating. Their parents did not know, as they wanted to keep it a secret. But one person knew it all, that person had always sent him a very chilly stare whenever Luciella brought Ji Cheng Mo with her and he was there.

One of those days, where he felt empty. Where Ji Cheng Mo feel inferior to Luciella, was when Alessandro was around. That man adored his niece, greatly. He could see in those deep blue eyes of his, though Alessandro was just 21 years old at that age. He greatly intimidated him, for his majestic aura.

Ji Cheng Mo did not know why he felt that way, but since Luciella stayed at Alessandro's house. He would always see them together, sometimes he felt he was the odd one out. That man always has his way with her, his presence. Everything made Luciella obediently follow him like a puppy, which Ji Cheng Mo hated.

Few months of dating, it was the day where he was in Alessandro's house with Luciella.

"Cheng, do you want to eat some ice cream?" Luciella was resting her head on Ji Cheng Mo's lap, she was looking at the TV while Alessandro sat on the single couch reading a book.

"Do you want some?" Ji Cheng Mo smiled gently at her, knowing whenever she asked him that was always when she wanted him to take it for her.

Luciella ears grew red, "I can have some too!" She grinned, while looking up at him.

'You're so cute!' Ji Cheng Mo gave a deep peck on her lips before standing up to get it for her, he missed out the look coming from Alessandro.

"That's your second today." Alessandro spoke up after Ji Cheng Mo left, tone was rather authoritative.

Luciella sneaked a peek at Alessandro, "Can I have another today, it's really hot!" She whined, since she lives in his house, she needs to abide to his rules.

"No" Alessandro spoke up, before leaving the living room.

"Here you go." Ji Cheng Mo passed the minty ice cream to her, but Luciella shook her head. "I don't want to eat anymore.." Her eyes saddened, pulling Ji Cheng Mo down to snuggle with her.
