"Hello Tepp your system upgraded too? Good. Wassup why did you call?" Amen

"Well I was trying to test out the function, but let me tell you about what I am about to do. She can't hear this right?" Tepp

"No she can't I am pretty sure its in my head. Why, what happened?" Amen

"Do you remember those knights pretending to be bandits?" Tepp

I then tell him about everything I have found and what I plan to do.

"Do you want to come with me to look at guards and slaves?" Tepp

"Nah I'm at her family's estate right now. But it should be fine I already checked with the system and since you are getting servants for us they count as my subordinates too so I can object or agree from here." Amen

"Wow it can do that too? Well alright talk to you later. Be safe." Tepp

"Alright, you be safe too and save me some pills." Amen

With that I hung up. I could hear footsteps approaching from outside, so I hurriedly put everything away. Its Sanji and his people?

Behind him stood a little boy and girl about my age. "Sanji who is this?"

"Young master these are my siblings. I am an orphan and our orphanage was closed down so I took them in some time ago." He said hesitantly.

"But can they fight?" I asked.

"Wouldn't you like to know." The little boy said brazenly.

"Yes, yes I would. That's why I asked." I said with a smirk.

"Ahh my apologies young master. Jackson and Julian can be a handful, but they are good kids." He said.

"Hmm hurry and make your room you only get one. We leave in 7 minutes."

"Yes, young master, that is more than enough." He then rushes off with them to make their room up.

When they finish, I take Sanji and we set out.

New Zohantian is humongous it takes us hours just to get to the commercial district. By the time we get there it's early evening.

I ask him to lead me to buy some guards. But, when we get there I walk right back out. The prices were insane. 1 Tier 0 guard 10gp monthly. Welp all of my guards shall be slaves.

When we arrive at the slave house an auction is already underway. I hurry to find a seat.

"20 men excellent condition, those with interest please come and inspect." The auctioneer spoke. When I enter the line to get a look, I notice that some of the patrons pull out tools to identify the slaves. So I take out the one from the soldiers.

As I scan over them a young man of about 17 catches my eye. I scan him immediately.

When I make my bid, I get questioning gazes from around the room but no one opposes. Haha I hit the sweet spot. I wanted to bid high enough to where others would not think it's worth it, but also not draw too much suspicion.

"Sold to number 141. Next up we ha-" before he finishes, I hurry to collect before others get any ideas.

He didn't even look through them. I then order the attendant to deliver the slaves to my house. Afterwards we head to a run down shop in the district and buy it outright. 45gp. Sanji said it was cheap because of its spot. But, 45gp does not feel cheap.

With that I am tapped. Time to go home. When I arrive I see all of the fellows sitting on the ground in the yard. The attendant then hands me the slave token and then he leaves. I crush the token in my hands.

I can then feel 20 souls attach to mine. Jesus this is hardcore. I can feel the frailty of their souls in my grasp.

"First, I am your young master Imhotep, I have a brother Amenhotep whom you will meet later, and a mother who is the mistress of the house who will return at any time. Any of their orders equal mine. As for my dedicates I will introduce them to you when they sign the contract. You 9 stand up." The weak, old and too young stand. "You 10 will start as house workers working directly under me. You, Achilles come here, you will work under me as well. The rest of you shall await my brothers arrival." With that I led my 10 into the house.

"Now you nine will simply take care of the house and the shop. Achilles you will serve as my butler for the time being. You nine go find a room in the servants quarters Achilles you come with me." Achilles followed me into my room..

"Young master what will my duties be?"

"Simple assign the house men their jobs, learn martial arts under me then teach the other soon to be soldiers and form a unit. I will do for you as much as you do for me. Lay down your life for me and it will be reciprocated. However betray me… well you can imagine." I said sternly. "Any questions? Good, your duty for tonight is to breakthrough to Tier 2. Then in the morning give them their duties then follow me to the sect as my guard. Tomorrow after we return I will pass my martial art to you so you may retrain."

Tearfully "You're willing to make me stronger?"
