Turn pain into strength
Initially she was riding with Rhys on the horse but they ended up meeting a group of knights led by her third sister. So naturally she ended up sharing the carriage with her much to Rhys dismay. Her gaze fell on her sister who was barely staying awake.
"You can go to sleep."
"No! If I do that, I feel like the next time I wake up you will be gone again." Shaarya exclaimed.
Sensing her pained tone and seeing the worried look in her eyes Lyn's gaze dimmed. She must have made Shaarya worry, this child normally doesn't openly express her emotions. But when Shaaraya saw her just now, she jumped out of the carriage and ran to her sobbing.
"It's alright, I shall be right here by your side."
With those words, Shaaraya eventually fell asleep.
"I apologize, she can be quite stubborn." The man who sat directly before them said.
