First Alpha

In the white room, there is a woman and a man who are sitting on the bed. The man was calming the woman he was hugging at the moment. Every now and then there was a muffled sobbing sound but the man could only stroke the girl's long black mane.

There was no sound other than sobs that were caught from the girl's lips. Everything still feels heavy for him, she is just a werewolf who has not met his inner wofl. But his father thought she was a failure who didn't deserve to be here. She knew very well that his father's family was an esteemed Werewolf family.

In fact, she was sure that his father would throw him away soon, as if she was not part of this family. Her tears continued to flow with thoughts that kept piling up about the things that could have happened to her. Doesn't she deserve to be happy, is she just born to feel bad like this.

"Caroline" Called Luis gently.

"Sorry.."

Caroline looked up at Luis reddish-brown bead that looked sobbing. Even though it was not his cousin who was at fault but why was he the one who apologized. And Caroline immediately shook her head with a hug that she slowly released. Her little hand grabbed Luis's big hand, she grasped it with a sob that started to subside.

"Your presence here is a joy to me"

Caroline seemed to lose a sense of confidence when Luis apologized. She should be grateful for Luis for being present in his life all this time. If Luis wasn't around, Caroline wasn't sure if she could get through all these troubles alone.

"Thank you" Caroline showed a smile so sweet that even Luis was stunned by his cousin's beautiful smile.

"Don't thank me" Luis replied looking at Caroline who was holding her hand firmly.

"Akh..! You crazy!!"

Luis looks in pain as Caroline long nails turn her hands red. Caroline laughed at Luis, who waved his hand excitedly. Even though he is an Alpha but still he will be a good friend and cousin to Caroline. Ah.. There's no way to say they are family now.

"Sorry" Caroline took Luis's hand and blew gently on the red mark she'd caused earlier.

"Is it that painful?"

It felt like she was just doing it slowly because she was annoyed with what Luis said earlier. Even so, she even felt guilty for being too much.

"Don't think about it, now you just rest" Luis said telling Caroline to lie down.

By the way, Caroline isn't sleepy anymore. Especially because she was crying making her eyes open wide as if her sleepiness never existed.

"Shall we go? I'm not sleepy!?"

"No!! I'm sure you want to race again with me" said Luis with a sharp gaze directed at Caroline who lay now.

They often race cars on the weekends, and that's why Caroline sleeps at four in the morning. For the girl, racing is a fun thing. This can be a reason for him to forget all his problems. Even Caroline thought that racing was something that stuck with her that couldn't be stopped.

And Luis always came along when Caroline was going to race, of course to look after the girl. Even so Luis was still worried when he saw Caroline in the middle of the race.

"Last night I lost and I did not accept" annoyed Caroline sat herself down with a bead stare at Luis bead.

"You're too close"

Caroline immediately stepped back and chuckled softly afterward, sometimes forgetting Alpha's attention in Luis. And Luis is the only Alpha that Caroline likes while living in this world. But if you remember, she never met Alpha other than Luis and his father.

"Okay but this is the last one"

Caroline looked pleased with sparkling eyes, she even stood up and jumped on her bed. There is nothing to make him happy except racing, and she is very happy. But somehow there was something strange, was it just her feelings or really...

"Tonight it's eleven o'clock okay"

Manik Caroline looked at Luis who was walking towards the door, for some reason Caroline felt suspicious. With a petrified body on her bed, Caroline realized the sentence her cousin said was "what do you mean?"

Caroline's words made Luis stop, he turned his body to look at Caroline who looked confused. But Luis just smiled, showing the boxy smile that was Caroline favorite.

Caroline walked down to Luis, who didn't want to look at his blue bead. She was sure his cousin was hiding something "say it!!"

Even Caroline was unable to hide the emotions that were taking over her body. And Luis could only bow his head with the words he kept saying sorry. Caroline chuckled, unable to believe what she had just heard.

Not explaining, Luis just kept saying sorry as if it was a natural thing. Though Caroline really wanted the real answer. Caroline gave up she turned around with the laughter still lingering on her lips "go!!"

Hearing that Luis immediately grabbed Caroline's hand telling her to look at her bead "I'll come with you Lin, I won't leave you alone" said Luis staring at Caroline who didn't want to look him in the eye.

"Looks like I'm really going to be dumped!?"

Was it a question or a belief that crossed his mind. Caroline didn't know but she felt it, felt Luis's gaze lost. And she thinks this is not funny at all. Caroline knew, she knew very well that her father would intend to dump her.

'The descendants of the failed family don't deserve to be here' was what she had heard since one month ago. His blue bead closed feeling the pain of being thrown away by his own parents. Was his life just to be thrown away, did she really not deserve to be here. If so, she shouldn't have been born at all.

"Go!!" shouted Caroline, jerking Luis's hand, who still told him to trust him.

"No Lin! Listen to me!! We'll live there together you know that. No one will corner you anymore, trust me Lin"

"Are you stupid or something!! I'm a flaw anyone who knows will think of it that way"

"Including you!!"

No!! Luis has never considered Caroline flawed, indeed Caroline has not met his inner wolf but Caroline is not flawed. He believed that Caroline was just late instead of disabled. And that thought will not change at all "I'll take care of you! Trust me?!" said Luis, pulling Caroline in his arms.

This is all Luis can do now that he is incapable of fighting his uncle 'sorry Lin, but trust me now'
