Caroline couldn't read Frey's mind, everything was gray and empty. His cowardice had changed everything, perhaps worse than she had originally thought. Starting to think that she is the most stupid, believing in things that haven't happened to create a worse destiny.

There was nothing she could do, or maybe she just didn't know what to do yet. Still trying think to keep looking for ways to deal with the Mate. It was likely that she wouldn't be able to win easily from the Mate, but she could stop all this like she used to. In one way that may be the same, and will have a high risk that is different from before.

"Now I understand," said Caroline, starting to calm down again, because she didn't want to lose. "Nice to meet you too Frey...."

Frey smiled then put on a straight face before he stepped closer to Caroline, "Are you done having fun with that Vampire."
