Priestess Online

“What did you do?!” she exclaimed, her breathing becoming unsteady. The reflection of a woman with white long hair braided all the way at the back and had three horns protruding on top of her head mimicked her expression. The water rippled a little but the image staring at her remained the same. Her complexion almost blinded her with the vast whiteness that stretched around her. Turning her head from left to right, she found nothing and no one to help her understand what happened. “What did you do?!” she bellowed. [Welcome Priestess! Astherielle watched the bright light illuminate the sky. It was a strange bluish glow coming from the outskirts.

The blast was so huge that half of Zion was alerted by it.

The friends exchanged glances. Neither of them dared to speak of what was in their minds. They were afraid to voice it out—fearful that what they were thinking about Zera could be true.

"No," Beatrix said. She had her hands curled into fists. The rest of their company looked at them from the living room of their encampment. "Zera's fine. That's probably her doing, and she would be back soon."

Astherielle looked at Jaspreth. The expression on his face mirrored what Astherielle was feeling. But they didn't want to say anything aloud.

Beatrix gave the window a hard stare. She was close to running outside and heading straight to the gate. If she must, she would search the outskirts to ensure that Zera was alive.
