The reflection of a woman with white long hair braided all the way at the back and had three horns protruding on top of her head mimicked her expression. The water rippled a little but the image staring at her remained the same. Her complexion almost blinded her with the vast whiteness that stretched around her. Turning her head from left to right, she found nothing and no one to help her understand what happened. “What did you do?!” she bellowed. [Welcome Priestess! Avalon stared at the work she needed to accomplish. Her head was already spinning at the workload for the day.

Pushing herself off the desk, Avalon got on her feet and decided to take her fifteen-minute break early.

She felt way suffocated, and she had no one she could consider a friend in her workplace. Rumors were spreading around that she cheated her way to get the job.

Avalon mentally felt exhausted. She dragged her feet to the elevator. The coffee at the pantry was not going to help her. She knew.

The first time she had tried it, she almost choked the entire thing. It was too bland for her liking.

There was a coffee house beside their workplace. She only had to make her order, and the barista would have it delivered to her without charge.
