My change of subject stunned Geun into silence, his brow knit into confusion. I reached out and rubbed the lines away with my fingers as I took in his face.
"And why is that?
"I think I've known it's always been you, that it was going to be you. I think I thought it should be. It felt wrong seeing how the first time I saw you, you were holding a gun to my father's head. But even then, you were someone who was giving me a chance to escape. I think that's when I started to care for you."
