Date: 4th April

Red arrived at the gate of Kobukan Academy and saw a female and a male, both dressed in red and have blue hair.

"Hey, are you a freshman?" The preppy boy asked

"I am, so what?"

"Woah, calm down! We didn't mean anything by it, we're both freshmen as well" The stylish girl said.

"We got our acceptance letters back in December" The boy said.

"Oh, phew.. I thought you guys were about to be some upperclassmen bullies or something for a second" Red breathed a sigh of relief.

"Haha, you don't need to worry about that!" The boy laughed.

'I wouldn't have been the one to worry about though..' Red looked at the boy strangely who was laughing for some reason whilst the girl was chuckling.

(A/N: MC/Red can fight, he ain't on that weak shit)

"I came from Pallet Town and only got my letter recently" Red said

"Oh, word? That's pretty close to where we are. We just transferred from the Violet City School for the gifted" The preppy boy said proudly.

"We were number one and two in our graduation class, respectively" The girl said cheerfully and proudly too, like a flex. "What was your rank?" She asked Red

"I mean, I guess I was also in the top two, even though it was just me and Blue in that class.." Red answered.

"Uh.. no. She means what rankings your grades are compared to your class" He said with a sweat drop on his face.

"What was your GPA?" The girl asked.

"We didn't use grades in Pallet Town, we had a simple pass-fail system for each student. What's a GPA?" The two looked at Red like he was crazy.

"Uh.. Yeah, we have to go.." And the two of them dip and left Red alone at the gate.

'Well fuck you to then'

Red then entered the school and met one of the student staff, it seemed he was the person who helped all the freshmen. He told Ren to go to the cafeteria where the other freshmen were.

The staff-man also told Red to leave his luggage as the staff would take it to his room once they were ready.

He entered the cafeteria and saw a few people, which he was guessing were the freshmen along with him.

"RED!!" A familiar-voice shouted from behind Red

"*Sigh*... What now Blue?" He turned around with a bored expression as if he had given up in life and saw the most familiar face he's know since he was a child.

"What the hell're you stalking me for? Wait, how'd you even get in here? I'll call security if you don't leave, loser" Blue said

"Give me a break, I got an acceptance letter as well. So, please, for my sake and Arceus' sake, just shut your loud-ass mouth for once" Red said.

"Bullshit! Let me see your letter!" Red pulled out his letter.

"Here, or do you need a magnifying glass to see this more clearly with your blind eyes" Blue grabbed the letter in anger and read it all word for word before giving the letter back to Red aggressively.

"Tch! Whatever. I don't even know why gramps even recommended you, you're just a waste of space. He must've felt bad that you have no friends" Blue said

"Don't talk to me about having no friends as if you actually have friends, your grandpa can't even remember your name, let alone you having friends." Red said with a blank expression.

"Whatever, talking about this with is a waste of time! I have things to do, smell ya later!" He then sped-walked off and out of the cafeteria.

Red then looked around the cafeteria and noticed some of the students being by themselves. He then also remembered he had to look for a roommate. 'Guess I'll ask one of them to room up with me'

'Eenie meenie minie mo, catch-' After randomly picking someone, he walked up to a boy who had his hair all bleached up. He was a pretty big guy, he most likely worked out, but his expression gives off a nice-guy vibe, so Red approached.

"'Sup dude? Need help with somethin'?" The boy said

"Hey, what's your name?"

"Brendan's the name and Pokemon's my game! What's goin' on?" He introduced with a smile.

'Definitely a nice guy' "Hey, my name's Red, I'm from Pallet Town"

"Pallet Town huh? That's in the Kanto Region right?" To which Red nodded "Woah, that's really far out there"

"For real. So, what's with the hair? Gives you quite a crazy vibe, you bleach it?" Red asked, and suddenly, a girl's voice joined their conversation

"Actually, that's his hat"

"A hat huh? Really makes you stand out" Red said.

"I get that a lot. But yeah, this is a hat... and this is May" Red looked at the slim girl of average height with brown long hair that has a single fringe at the centre with three edges secured by a red and white kerchief. She has blue eyes with long eyelashes with her single fringe on her brown long hair. (Wiki)

"It took a while for them to fix that vending machine, but I'm back!" She then brought out some Moomoo milk and offered one to Red.

"I'm good, thanks" He was not thirsty, and milk gives him a bad habit of pooing a lot after drinking a lot of it.

"Suit yourself" She said as she chugged the moomoo milk "Sorry for butting in your conversation by the way"

"It's no problem, if me and Red hang out you'll be seeing each other a lot so, it's best you get to know him now" He then grabbed a moomoo milk which May had in her hand for him, "And it's a good thing you came when you did, I've been dying for some moomoo milk" Then he also chugged it.

"I was actually wondering, Brendan, are you looking for a roommate?"

"Hmm.. Implyin' that we room together? Let me think about that..." He started thinking and was about to say something before May started talking

"Oh, why not? He seems like a good guy to me" She said all bubbly.

"Well, if you had let me talk, I was about to say that rooming isn't the issue, but after hearing you say that" He then looked at Red "Sure, why not?"

"We're advised to find a roomie and reserve a room ASAP anyway. And personally, I'd rather not be the one to ask someone else" He then looked back at May "May, did you find yourself a roommate yet?"

"I applied for a random roomie!" She said with a smile still stuck on her face. After a bit of questioning from Brendan and other stuff which made it look like they were dating, in fact, they probably were but were hiding it very badly, Red decided to go on by himself and reserve a room to not third-wheel.

He went out of the Cafe and saw the Staff member from before and signed some necessary documents for reserving a room with Brendan.

After Red and Brendan found a room on the first floor, Brendan ditched Red to "check on May and her roommate"

'I guess I'll use this time to explore the school a bit'

After 30 minutes of walking and asking questions to students, and not finding a single faculty member, he ended up in a hallway and hadn't seen a single person.

Suddenly, a girl's voice from 2 inches approximately from Red's ear said, "Hey buddy. What you doing?" Red spun around and stepped back 2 steps.

Red saw a girl with a puzzled look in front of him. "Who are you? What are you doing here?" She then gave him a disapproving look like he was in the wrong here, and not her.

"I could ask you the same thing. Do you even know where you are right now?"

"Uh..." He then looked around him and all he noticed was a "normal" hallway of dorm rooms. He then looked closer and saw signs which had written, "Third year women's dormitory"

"...Well shit"

"So you ARE lost. I started following you a few hallways thinking you were a pervert, but you're just another student" She said in understanding of Red's unfortunate situation.

"I was never good with directions.." He muttered to himself.

"I don't think the brochure's that hard to follow. I mean, the design of the dorm's wings are laid out in a grid, so it should be really easy to navigate. Here, let me see yours" She stepped closer.

'Brochures? Does she mean those small leaflets that all the other students were carrying around?' Red thought. The girl then smirked at him like she knew exactly what he was thinking.

"Let me guess. You didn't even pick one up, did you?" She then started laughing "You seriously went all this time without a map? And then you made it all the way here from the hall. Your sense of direction is funnily interesting and unique, hahaha!"

"Ok, I get it's funny and all that my direction sense is atrocious, but can you help me out now please? I'm clearly lost" He said.

"Since you asked nicely, I'll take you up on that offer. Hahaha!" She said while still laughing quietly.

Suddenly, multiple voices could be heard slowly becoming louder as they get closer and closer to Red and the new girl.

"Yeah, she was totally ditching us to go shop-" A female student said

'Oh for fucks sake- Shit, where do I escape to now?' He was rushing for an exit, he'd rather not get caught in the female dormitory and be seen as the infamous pervert of Kobukan.

Suddenly, the girl who laughed at Red grabbed his hand and dragged him down the hallway and hid behind the corner.

"Keep your voice down, okay? If my seniors see me with you, they're gonna grill me too!" She whispered loud enough for Red enough, but quietly for the group of girls to not hear.

"Huh? Aren't you a senior to though?" He questioned.

"No, I'm a freshman, and I don't want rumours spreading of me that I'm with someone like you before I've even had my first class!" She looked round the corner and saw the girls still hadn't noticed them and quickly signalled Red to look somewhere.

"Quick! Get in there" She pointed at the girl's toilets.

'What the hell! I can't be in there! But..-'

"*Sigh*.. Fine, I'll hide in there, but I'm closing my eyes, so you better help me out of there once they're gone" He looked reluctant.

The girl gave him a reassuring smile which made her look very beautiful. "How noble. But looking inside isn't gonna make your eyes implode or anything" She opens the door and gestures Red to go inside.

He goes inside and around 30 seconds later the door opened and he got his hand grabbed and dragged out of the toilet. "You can open your eyes now"

He opened his eyes and asked in disbelief and gratitude, "That was fast. What'd you say to them?"

"I just told them that I saw a Shiny Eevee in the tall grass at the opposite side of the school, they ran for their lives as soon as I said that, you should've seen it" She smiled in joy of the 'Entertainment'

"Isn't that probably gonna backfire on you once they find out you lied about the Shiny Eevee?"

"It's fineeeee.. probably. Oh right, before I forget, here" She gives Red a brochure, "This is one of the brochures that one of them dropped when they ran for the 'shiny eevee'"

"Thanks, your a lifesaver, literally. I owe you one" Red said, to which the girl showed a menacing smile disguised under her happy smile "Deal, I'll hold you to that".

'I feel like I just played myself'

"Well, I'm really behind schedule, I should get going to meet my new roommate" She started walking away, before turning around and saying "Also.. that was a lot of fun, the most fun I've had in ages, see ya!" She then ambled off.

'I feel like I forgot to do something... ah shit, her name and my name, oh well, I can just tell her next time'

He then walked back to his dorms by looking at his brochure and found his room again and entered it.

'Well time to unpack-'

An announcement was made: "Attention, new students. The time is now 4:45pm. There will be an orientation taking place in the auditorium of Relic Hall starting in fifteen minutes. All new students are advised to attend"

'-Or not. How far is the auditorium? Oh well, I'll just leave now I guess, I'd rather not be late to that, it seems important'
