4: To become a Pokemon Trainer

After feeding Scorbunny, Jayden turned on the computer inside the living room.

after searching up "ash Ketchum" many links popped up, but the most eye-catching thing was his status on the screen.

ash had just became the galar region champion.

surprisingly this happened just yesterday.

"after 8 generations ash is finally a Pokemon champion"

Jayden laughed before switching over to the Pokemon league website.

due to Pokemon training being a dangerous occupation, a lot of things needed to be considered, before he could get his trainer license.

first, one needed atleast one pokemon which was atleast level 10 or above, the league had small tests for trainers who wished to gain their license.

one also needed to be 18 years old to begin their journey, this is to stop little kids from going outside to train pokemon, and potentially dying.

Jayden immediately registered for an appointment which was set for next month.

this would give him enough time to train his Scorbunny to a decent level atleast.

Jayden was greeted by a holographic screen before he could get up, a book landed on his computer desk with a "thud"

"that was unexpected" Jayden smiled, the system was correct, he really had no idea on how to train his Pokemon.

Jayden rubbed Scorbunny's soft fur as he read the book.

The book put an emphasis on the bond of your pokemon, the higher their bond, the more you could push their strengths.

Another important aspect was food, battles, as well as training.

according to the book created by the system, the strongest trainers in this world trained their pokemon and did the exercises with them.

not only did this boost the Pokemon's bond with their trainer, it pushed them even harder.

Jayden read the book for a whole hour, before deciding to get up.

his License interview was set for a month later, giving him a lot of time to train Scorbunny.

it would be hard to find strong Pokemon in this area for Scorbunny, but the weaker ones were more than enough for now.

his mom texted him back in all caps, her shock could be heard in her voice.

the previous Jayden had no interest in Pokemon training, although he liked pokemon,he would rather stick to the games and not adventure outside.

"yes, I wanna travel the world" Jayden replied back, After all, they were his new family, he thought they deserved to know About his ideas.

after texting his mom for a while Jayden put his phone away.

his mom seemed even more excited about Pokemon training than he did, probably because he was already 18 and they wanted him to do something with his life.
