At any rate, this was only one of the Pokemon.

Ace wanted to give Byron two of them. Anyway, he was a Gym Leader, he could handle it. Plus, Ace didn't really mind that much. Giving away Pokemon he didn't want to use was natural.

All Pokemon had trainers that made them happy, not to mention, Ace only had a few Pokemon that he wanted to use on his main team.

Of course, Noibat was one of them! Meowth and Farfetch'd were two more. The rest of the Fossil Pokemon, he was considering leaving here to roam around in Oreburgh.

Obviously, intense training was required. If they hurt someone, Ace was responsible!

But, leaving them in Oreburgh was a good choice. After all, Oreburgh was one of the highest regarded Fossil Capitals in the World! Ambrette Town was also one of them, but many Fossils were excavated from the Mines in Oreburgh!

Even before Ace got here, there were plenty.

After all, how many times did that mine get upgraded? Ace even had a feeling that he affected the local wildlife in the mine! Mainly because most of the Rock and Steel type Pokemon eat the rocks and ores in the Mines…

Like Onix for example. They ate Ores and minerals to accumulate for their evolution. But now there was Vibranium and Adamantium in there…

Ace scratched his head and wondered if there would be variables now. Maybe there would be two forms of Steelix in the future?

An Attack Form with less Defense and more Attack stats along with a Defense Form with less Attack and more Defense Stats?

That would be cool!

There was already a precedent for the Onix species! You know, there's an Onix made from Crystals that's weak to Fire instead of water!

Well, that was something for the future!

For now, Ace's life was focused on training, training, and- wow! What do you know?! More training!

This continued for 2 weeks as Ace added the new Fossils and Roark to his training regiment.

One day, Ace was running with a long line of pokemon behind him.

Today, Roark was sick so he couldn't join.

Just as the group was running on the road, Ace stopped on a dime. 

In front of him was a very beautiful girl. She had black hair with two long ponytails on the sides of her head, coming straight down. She also wore big red and blue headphones.

Ace was dumbfounded and stopped only inches away from her. Mainly because she seemed to be daydreaming while walking!

The girl paused and turned to Ace, "Huh?" Ace looked at her and scratched his head, "Please watch out. It's dangerous to day dream in the middle of the road, you know!" the girl looked behind him as a massive Tyrantrum smashed into Ace, who stopped abruptly.

Ace didn't move at all as Tyrantrum got squished by Rampardos followed by the rest!

The girl's eyes bulged at the sight, looking at Ace, who was looking at her worriedly. She paused for a moment, this guy…

What's with that pitiful look in his eyes?!

Does he think I'm stupid or something?!

Ace really thought she had a mental problem, who daydreams in the middle of the road? Not to mention, she had to be a super road idiot to get lost and end up in Oreburgh from Unova, right?

These two people… both had 'special' brain circuits…

The girl put her hands on her hips, puffing her cheeks, "What's with that look!? I'm not dumb, you know!" Ace held out his hands, sighing, "Sure…" before muttering under his breath, "You got lost from Unova to Shinnoh, okay?!"

The girl's lips twitched and she waved her ponytails, making a pose, "Actually, I came here on purpose!" Ace looked at her making a pose and nodded, "Oh.. Oh!" before running past her.

Tyrantrum passed by the girl, looking down and sniffing her before licking her face. The girl froze as she was taken 2 meters off the ground by the lick, landing back on her feet with a huge 'dinolick' on her head.

Tyrantrum laughed as Rampardos chuckled. The girl watched all the pokemon pass by in a daze before screaming, "Ahh! My hair!" she took out a Pokeball, "Zebby! After him!" as she hopped on a Zebstrika, galloping after Ace.

After a long while, she still couldn't catch up!

She was dumbfounded!

How on Earth was this guy faster than a Zebstrika?!

Ace looked behind him and picked up the pace with a cold sweat! There's no way, he didn't have enough money to compensate a Model, okay?!

He ran quickly and dove into the bushes.

The Pokemon: ???

They jumped in the bushes and Ace held up several large branches, hiding there. Even Tyrantrum had a bush on his head.

A child passed by and pointed, "Mom, look! A pervert!" The woman pulled the boy, "Come on, baby. Don't pay attention to perverts, Mister Byron will handle them!" 

Ace: ….

The girl passed by on her Zebstrika, looking around in confusion, "Damn! He escaped!" Ace wiped a cold sweat as she left. He got out and laughed, rubbing his nose, "Fortunately, that girl is too dumb!" he turned around and grinned, "We escaped a woman! Good job!"

He paused and felt that something was wrong, but couldn't figure it out and shrugged, forgetting about it as he ran back home.
