Pokemon - A real story

There is a huge gap between the story of anime and the realistic story of Pokemon. This light novel closes that gap and gives the viewers a believable and exciting story with lots of adventure. Follow our protagonist Axel Blaze, a reincarnated person. With his knowledge of the previous Pokemon world, he hopes to dominate the world. But after he realizes how very wrong he was. This novel has a system, just to make things fun, the story is not focused on it though. "Success is like being pregnant, everyone says congratulations but nobody knows how many times you were fucked" So this novel tells the story of Axel blaze but all points of hidden difficulty he has to face to get it to there. -------- If you want to read advanced chapters earlier or just want to support me, you can do that at https://www.patreon.com/TheSilverPrince1 You can also visit my website and read 3 advanced chapters for free at: https://silver-prince.com/ (The story has a similar start as 'Pokemon - a mystical journey' so some people are probably confused. I wanted to say that only the beginning of the story is similar, not the later chapters and this story is not a copy.) Disclaimer: This is a fanfiction novel. So, the basics of the Pokemon world is not created by me. It belongs to "The Pokémon company".

Very Hot Island

All of them had exactly 4-6 Pokémon, with an exception for Rome, who had 7. It was very hard to have more Pokémon. They were difficult to train and feed, so many trainers would only choose a maximum of 6 Pokémon. That's why they were surprised when they heard that Axel had 7 pseudo-king rank Pokémon.

"Axel, can you tell me about this Mamoswine? I have never heard of it before. Actually, it would be better if you show it to me," said Rome.

It was normal to be confused. Mamoswine had not been introduced in the world, and Axel was the only trainer to have it. He explained its typing and mentioned that it was a rare Pokémon.

"Axel, you cannot take Beedrill, Gogoat, and Steelix on this mission," said Rome.

"Huh... But why?" asked Axel.

"We have done a preliminary examination of the island from the drone, and the temperature there is too high. We have also deduced that there are strong fire-type Pokémon on the island. Your Beedrill is weak against fire types, and its bug type would not do much damage to fire types. Steelix is in the same situation.

However, you could use Venusaur and Mamoswine due to their abilities and hidden abilities. Venusaur has 'Chlorophyll', and Mamoswine has 'Thick Fat'. Both of these resist fire types. I would also advise you not to use Gogoat on this mission, but that is up to you. However, Beedrill and Steelix are a no-go."

Beedrill was one of the strongest Pokémon on his team, and now it had to go? He didn't want that. Then he thought about it. If Beedrill could not be in the mission, then it would lose its precious training time. He might just send Beedrill and Steelix to Oak for now.

"If you need any potions, antidotes, and burn heals, do tell me. The association would provide for us. We will discuss the strategies for tomorrow."

Next day, all of them were in the plane, waiting to reach the unknown island.

"Ok, guys, it's time to wear your new suit. This suit will help you survive on the unknown island. The plane will land in 1 hour," said Rome.

This suit was not like an astronaut suit. It was very thin, and you would not even know if you were wearing one. It was designed very well. Axel didn't feel uncomfortable wearing it.

There were 3 teams for this mission. Axel's team would start exploring from the south. Another team would start from the north. The last team would set up camp and provide backup and communication.

The mission was 3 weeks long, and it might take more time considering that it was an unknown land. They didn't know how powerful the Pokémon were. If they encountered Pokémon above king rank, they were to contact the headquarters and wait for reinforcements.

After an hour, the plane had landed.

"All right, team, gather up. First, we will set up the camp for today. We will start the exploration from tomorrow. You are to clear any Pokémon within a 5-mile radius. If there are any unknown things, take a sample. Let's go!" said Andrew, and the team started to move out.

The teams were proficient in their work. It looked to Axel like they had been doing this for decades. Since Axel was new to this line of work, Rome told him to observe the team for a while.

"Damn, all of them are fire-type Pokémon. I should have expected this," said Amanda, one of the scientists. Each team was assigned a scientist for the mission, and she was from Rome's team.

They had killed more than 30 Pokémon now. Most of them were in uncommon and rare ranks, while Axel's team did find 3 elemental rank Pokémon. They caught some and killed many.

"Did you find anything out of the ordinary?" asked Rome.

"No, except that these Pokémon are highly resistant to fire, and their fire-type attacks are more powerful than their normal counterparts. If we want to find out more, I will have to run some tests," said Amanda. Axel could also agree with this.

"It looks like there are no other types of Pokémon except for fire types. The heat is as high as expected," remarked Amit.

"We are just on the outskirts of this island. We might find something else as we move towards the center," said Adam.

It was exciting to explore unknown places, and Axel was feeling the hype of uncertainty.

After a few hours, they returned. The camp had been set, and various electronic equipment was online now. The 3rd team was doing their work.

"Everyone, gather around," shouted Andrew, and everyone came towards him.

"We will start our adventure tomorrow. So why don't we just have a bonfire and enjoy some delicious food tonight," said Andrew, lighting the mood.

Starting an exploration of unknown places was always stressful. Andrew wanted to lighten their mood before the work began. They had done this more than 10 times, and still, the uncertainty didn't feel right.

But all of them were experienced. Andrew was confident with his team, and he knew that he would make some big bucks after this. Andrew was an old man, and he had thought to retire after this exploration. He had made enough money for himself and his family, and now he didn't want to risk his life any longer.

However, they didn't know that this mission would be the hardest mission of their lives.
