"Welcome home, Grandmaster Fei." The head butler greeted.

"Dad, it's nice to see-"

A loud crisp of slap silenced the receiving room. All the maids and servants left the vicinity as soon as possible. They knew what will happen next.

Fei XinLei almost tripped down and held her swollen cheeks. Tears started to flow into her eyes. Her dooms day came earlier than what she thought. She could see her father's rage in his eyes. It was the same when Fei DuBao discovered her brother's death.

"D-Dad, w..what did.... I d-do? I-It hurts..." Her voice was trembling as she tried to look innocent.

"Still trying to deny it when I already knew everything? I can't believe I just raised animals in this mansion! You schemed against your own brother!" Fei DuBao was still in rage and walked past through Fei XinLei.

Fei XinLei clearly knew what was her father was saying. She needed to defend herself immediately.

"I-I don't know anything about it, father." She spoke while Fei DuBao was heading upstairs.

"Let's see if you can still deny it after my own investigation. I'm warning you, you better leave this place before I could punish you."

"Father, I'll prove to you that I'm clearly innocent!" She rebutted while the old man's back was facing her.

Fei DuBao didn't dare to look at her. He continued to walk upstairs.

Fei XinLei stood at the receiving room with her bloodshot eyes. She already wiped clean the incidents long time ago. She made sure no one would be able to witness everything she had done. She was clearly confident her father couldn't get anything from the investigation.

But who told him about her brother's death?

Is there still someone who survived?

Fei XinLei's anger started to well up. She still have time to wipe everything like what she did before. She could finish it before the result of the investigation. She would make sure that she will not fail this time. She and her family's fate will be doomed.

She went to her room and called her subordinates.

"XinLei, I told the result could be attained-" A voice of a man emanated from her phone.

"Scram! Grandfather just discovered the truth!"

"Hah, what have gone wrong?" The man maybe sound like relaxed, but he was tensed with his question.

"Incompetent. Make sure to do your job this time. I only trust you. I'll double your pay. Check you account later." She didn't wait for his reply and hanged up the phone.

She opened her bank account. She made sure that the amount she'll be giving was enough to satisfy her worker. However, as she was typing her pin number, an error occured. She tried many times, but failed.

It turns out that her bank account was frozen.

Only her father would do this.

Few moments later, a loud knock echoed in her room.

"Mom! Help me!"

Fei XinLei immediately opened the door. Fei ZhangWei burst into tears. "Mom, I don't have any funds. I can't buy anything!"

Fei XinLei coaxed her daughter. How could she put her plans into action, that old man really annoyed her.

"Dad, why did you suddenly disabled my bank account?" Fei XinLei barge into Fei DuBao's office.

He sipped a cup of tea and nonchalantly answered, "Be thankful that you're still my daughter, I would've done more worse than that."

"How could you, Dad? You didn't have sufficient evidence, even my daughter was involved!"

"She knew something about this, right?" He glared at Fei XinLei.

Fei XinLei cursed him inwardly. She then left his office.
