Martial Arts

The two men were shocked as they watched Noah defend against an attack a stage above him but they quickly regained their senses.

The two were experienced men, they could roughly gauge that the boy before them was a genius, and a top rated one at that. They had heard too much about entire families disappearing owing to the fact that they had offended a genius while he was weak.

If before they were attacking Noah to kill him for the reward on his head, they were now doing it to protect their future. Knowing that a genius was still alive somewhere with hate towards them was not a good feeling.

The lean man fought back the pain searing through him with gnashed teeth. "Linear Burst!" His body crouched a bit and burst forth with incredible speed, his dagger pointing towards Noah's neck.

Unfortunately Noah had already predicted his next movements from the moment he began crouching.

It was impossible for him to use his movement technique again. He had just learnt it and it was impossible for him to be able to instinctively execute it. Heck he had only been in this world for over 6 months now even instinctively running Essence was a bit too much for him no matter how much of a genius he was, not to mention the slight dizziness the teleportation brought to him. The reason why he could dodge the Air cannon was because the burly man was not very close to him, this wasn't the case for the man's younger brother who was closer and faster.

So once he saw the lean man crouching he had activated his soul skill, Gravity Force. After doing this, he smashed down at the floor with the butt of his sword with the added weight of 100 kilograms!

The ground below him easily concaved with cracks spreading across it. Rocks and dust spread out into the air, forcing the approaching assailant to pause his movements and back away. After all, the law of physics still existed in this world. A mosquito would deal as much damage as a bullet if moving at a fast enough speed, not to mention rocks.

Of course if he had full access to his Essence core, the lean man could have created a layer of Essence to protect himself but unfortunately the chaotic Essence surrounding him prevented him from doing so.

Noah used this chance to catch his breath. He glanced at the two and made his decision quickly. A burst of Blood Essence was exuded from him as the red colored energy circulated itself through his body. "Azure Dragon Art!"

Steam escaped Noah's skin as he executed this Martial art from his old world. His muscles trembled as formidable strength coursed within them. His Martial arts could be considered a physical type Battle art which were quite rare as only people with Emperor Grade Battlesouls and Blood Essence could access such overpowered Arts.

In truth, the transmigrator would rather not use this Martial art as he hadn't practiced the Body building exercise long enough and couldn't withstand the stress of using any high tier Martial arts. And The Azure Dragon Art could be considered the highest of the highest.

Knowing his time was short, Noah immediately got to work. His legs tensed as he slightly crouched.

Azure Dragon Art: Dragon Steps

He immediately transformed into a blur that dashed forward. Noah's current speed was about two-thirds of the lean man's earlier speed! And this was still while he was at the Novice Stage.

The lean man panicked as he saw the boy head over to him. "Rax!"

Rax, the burly assailant, also dashed forward in an attempt to save his younger brother. His fists clenched as he ignored the chaotic Essence and chose to launch an Air Cannon possessing about 70% of his strength. Doing this made the surrounding chaotic Essence seep into his Essence Veins, severely injuring him but it would be worth it if he could protect his brother.

Seeing the gathering Essence, Noah's eyes flashed. His lips parted as he took in a mouthful of air, circulating his Blood Essence as he roared out loud. Dragon Roar!

Shockwaves were released by Noah's roar, befuddling the two brothers. Their Essence flow was messed up by this and caused severe damage to them. They both lost the ability to maintain the Essence that kept its chaotic counterpart at bay. Rax was much worse as he was, at the time, executing his Battle Art.

Noah was not much better. He coughed up blood as his throat was pretty much wrecked for now, his internal organs were also a mess as his body was not powerful enough to deal with the shockwaves of his moves. Still, he was more prepared than his enemies so his movements didn't stop.

He appeared before the lean man with his dragonified fists at the ready. Berserk Dragon Punch!

The opponent do nothing as his chest concaved, breaking multiple rib bones in the process. Before the man could even scream, Noah had already swung his sword.

Thud.

Silence permeated the forest. The only sounds that could be heard were the steaming of Noah's skin and his light pants.

Rax, on the other hand, stood with a dumbfounded look on his face as he forgot about the chaotic Essence in his body.

Noah wasn't an idiot. Even if he was dead tired right now, he performed Dragon Steps again, gritting his teeth as he dealt with the painful sensation of his muscles tearing apart. Azure Dragon Art: Fatal Pierce!

His sword filled to the brim with Essence thrust forth with the power of his Gravity Force to Pierce through the heart of the only living assailant.

Victory was so close... Yet a burst of Essence that swept past the forest ruined it all.

Noah quickly deactivated his move and executed Flicker, barely dodging the Air Cannon that swept past his side and not without tearing a chunk of his shoulder with it.

The transmigrator's face revealed a grim expression looking at the savage looking man before him, releasing his Essence without a care of the chaotic Essence ravaging his innards.

This fucker had actually broken through mid-battle!
