In the grand hall of my majestic palace, the opulence of the moment is palpable. Golden chandeliers cast a warm glow upon tables adorned with the finest silks, showcasing a feast fit for kings. Exotic fruits, succulent roasts, and delicacies from both my kingdom and my old world tempt the senses.

As the reigning monarch, I took immense pride and delight in meticulously organizing and overseeing a truly magnificent and awe inspiring feast. This grand occasion was held to commemorate the establishment of a momentous alliance between my illustrious kingdom and the neighboring realm of Carabiana.

As the banquet unfolds, laughter and lively conversations between nobles echo through the hall, accompanied by the enchanting melodies of a royal orchestra. Crystal goblets clink in toasts, each sip symbolizing the promise of even more prosperity with this annouced alliance.

Dressed in sumptuous attire, servants move gracefully through the hall, ensuring that goblets are never empty and plates are replenished with the most exquisite dishes. The air is laden with the aroma of spices and rare herbs, adding to the sensory spectacle of the evening.

Even the princess Lara was suprised and mesmeried by the level of this banquet, she probably never assisted to something like this before.

The noble members of my court were graciously extended an invitation to partake in this extraordinary culinary experience, one that promised to transport them to the realms of gastronomic delight.

Expertly crafted by master chefs, the finest delicacies were presented with meticulous care and attention to detail, ensuring that each dish was a work of art that tantalized the taste buds of all in attendance.

Many nobles wanted to go and talk with the princess of tge Carabiana kingdomm but the cold atmosphere around her made everyone stay away from her.

"Can't we just leave? We have the crystal now, I want to go back home. I dont want to stay in this place any longer." Lara spoke with an annoyed tone.

"Lara-sama, I understand your frustration and that you dont like it here. But his majesty the king invited us to this banquet, we can't just leave. For the sake of that crystal, and the future of our country."

"Tch..." She refuted.

Some of the gods were present there like Valkyrie and Vita, they were the two who had most eyes on them. Valkyrie was because of her way of dressing and het beauty, while vita because of her age.

Those two were eyeing the princess with complicated expressions trying to see this woman's worth, and if she deserves to be allied to the monarch.

The two mage guards to protect the princess noticed the two gods gazes, felt an immense pressure on both their soul and body. "Your highness, we need to leave immedietly after the banquet." One of the two whispired to Lara.

They actualy wanted to flee right now and leave everything behind, but the king would kill them for that. Decades of experience allowed them to understand that the two people they saw were definetly hiding their powers and aura, but deep down they felt that power, a glimpse of it which made them in this state.

"This goes without a saying." Lara who didn't know about the situation replied.

While most people in the castle were enjoying their time, I was heading to one of the room deep in the castle with Blanc so that no one knows where I am and with who.

"Nouflex-sama, aren't you going to take part in the banquet?" She asked following behind me.

"Of course I am, im the big star of the event after all haha. But just before that we gave that girl a crystal that we know nothing about, it may be something really powerful." I slightly waved my hands while explaining.

"Does this mean..." Interrupting her, I continued.

"Yeah you are right, I told Laila to bring him here, he knows better in that." I said opening the door to the hidden room.

"Oh, looks like you are already here, perfect." I smiled going to my desk.

"Of course my lord! The moment Laila told me that you needed me, I came here as fast as I could. Im really excited to be of use for you again my lord!" He excitedly waved his tiny hands.

"Listen Clacapus, im sure you know about the ice age crystal. We are giving this to the Carabiana kingdom in exchange of an alliance. But I need to know more about it before that." I crossed my legs.

"Humm the ice age crystal right? I did read something about it but the informations were too little. But do not worry my lord, the moment I saw its picture and composition I knew immedietly what is it!" He proudly replied.

"So?" I rested my head on my palm.

"The Ice Age Crystal is a mystical gem known for bestowing a unique magical affinity upon its user. Upon contact, individuals experience a random infusion of magical power, granting them a new ability. The key to unlocking the full potential lies in a careful cultivation the more adeptly one nurtures and harnesses this newfound magic, the higher their proficiency levels will soar in the associated skill. After this long explaination he started breathing heavily for air.

"A weather chaging crystal huh?" I said to myself, as I continued, fingers on my chin. "So she lied to me haha." I felt amusement in this situation.

"My lord, these lowly human dared to try and fool you, should we stop the banquet and punish these low life forms?" Blanc for the first time in those five months we lived together seemed angry.

"No, there is no need to stop the banquet. We are celebrating now something that is going to happen anyways right? Carabiana soon will become mine, hahahaha." A creepy smile was drawn on my face.
