Asmophel II

As Ash was moving to Asmophel mansion with Mercedes, he received a whisper from Heart ( Sam) 

Sam is essentially Ash's life insurance, a second avatar. Even if someone kills Ash, he can revive in his avatar body. However, to make his avatar body work like any other normal human, he used another skill called Soul Corridor to grant him life by sharing his soul with his avatar body, it was like splitting his soul while not at the same time. Nonetheless, they did share a single soul.

But due to Soul Corridor, Sam can work independently, and have his own personality.

Heart : I acquired a Legendary class

Ash momentarily paused hearing this and asked which one. 

Heart : Kruger Successor-the Legendary Tailor.

"How did you get it?" Ash exclaimed seeing this.

Heart : I was doing a quest for the lord of Frontier and accidently discovered a hidden NPC, well it was more like, he discovered me, hahaha.

Heart : He told me to help him and in return he will give me his family treasure, which was actually Kruger ring, then I have to do some more quotes for getting the secret of ring and that's how I got it.

"Hmm, what are it's skills?" Ash asked

Heart : All the tailoring Techniques currently, but soon I will learn a martial skill called kruger Severing Threads.

"You are probably creating equipment right?" Ash said.

Heart : Yes, although, I can only create special clothes or cloth and leather type armour, this thing is also forcing me to learn blacksmithing , so that my range of skills can improve.

Ash smiled as he heard Sam helpless voice, last time he asked, Sam told him that he has gained Sword Saint candidate title but he changed to Legendary tailor, not his fault, in this world, production classes are cheat.

"Complete your quest, I will try to find other hidden classes for you, a combat one" Ash replied and closed the chat.

 "Madara, do you know about kruger?" Ash asked as he moved on his Phantom Steed with Mercedes.

~Kruger, hmm, small things only.

"What are those small things?" Ash

~That he was a martial genius but a accident caused him to get obsessed with Tailoring

"Hmm, Martial Genius huh? Like you?" Ash

~Hmm, he was 1/50th of genius compared to me, his killer needles and severing threads could stop many but not me.

Ash nodded, anyway Kruger is Legendary tailor not Legendary Martial Artist.

Arriving in front of Asmophel Mansion he mumbled, "Preparations are complete."

Mercedes nodded and then went to guards guarding the Door, "make way"

The guards opened the way seeing it's Mercedes.

"lets go" Mercedes said and entered the mansion along with Ash.

Soldiers didn't stopped them but instead inform Asmophel about the guests and led them to Asmophel place.

They found him sitting at his chair, with drunken look and Dark Bus - Yatan's Servant beside him.

Dark Bus specialized in curse magic, but his attack magic was weak. He was the best at making a plot and directing the stage, but his combat power was the weakest among the Yatan Servants.

Plus due to his curse magic, he is the easiest opponent among yatan Servants for Ash as status condition don't work on him.

Remembering his info. Ash nodded to Mercedes.

"Asmophel your lies are discovered, surrender yourself" Mercedes brought her sword and said.

"is there a mistake?" Dark Bus said, looking at Mercedes, while he inwardly cursed Astaroth billions of times.

"we caught and killed Astaroth, he told us everything" Mercedes looked at him and then showed Astaroth horn as proof, which is still pulsating in dark yellow lighting.

"What??" Dark Bus shouted and jumped back, he thought Astaroth escaped after exposing himself but what is this, 'How could God yatan children died in the hands of mere humans?' Dark bus couldn't help but question.

"kill them!" Dark Bus shouted, his anger clouding his judgement and then Asmophel hearing his command leaped, his sword engulfed in flames as he attacked Ash, but someone else intercepted it.

It was Mercedes, she stopped him with her sword and tilting it at some angel she used Shield bash that sent Asmophel flying and crashing at the wall.

"You take care of him he is suspicious" Ash said and then attacked Dark Bus.

Mercedes nodded and chased after Asmophel and started fighting him.

"Weaken Soul" Dark Bus aimed at Ash and attacked.

Ash shrugged seeing this and then fired Magic Missile and stopped Dark Bus from using anymore spell casting and then used Blockade Sword and then Massacre sword and Mortality sword back to back.

The sword slash aimed at Dark Bus. He was filled with pain as his neck was struck.

Flop.

Dark Bus lost his head and collapsed. It was truly the last attack.

As Dark bus died, a strange black smoke started coming out of the Asmophel, he dropped to his knees and then..

"NO!!..what Have I Done?" Asmophel grabbed his hair and cried, as Dark Bus death helped him come out of his mind control.

Ash stopped looking at the notification as Asmophel approached him.

"The hero who punished the wicked Yatan Servant. My savior... Can you listen to my unfair story?"

[ 'Hidden Story (Hidden)' quest.]

Asmosphel spoke as Ash nodded, Mercedes frowned and looked at him but still she listen to his last words.

"One day, Empress Marie came to me."

It was a long story. Asmophel explained in detail how Marie approached him and sowed discord with Piaro. The Yatan Essence. A single drop of it could extremely weaken the human mind and cause the body's mana to become chaotic.

He talked about the process of being brainwashed by Dark Bus and becoming a perfect puppet. Asmophel was trembling and crying when talking about being used, and eventually ruining Piaro and his colleagues.

"Someday... If the day comes when you meet a man called Piaro, please tell him this. I'm sorry. I'm really sorry."

Asmophel pulled out his sword and pointed it at his own neck. He moved the sword without any hesitation. Asmophel's sword touched his neck. He intended to atone for his atrocities with death.

Ash seeing this hurriedly fired fired a magic missile at his hand and stopped him.

"Don't leave it to others and apologize directly."

"It was not your fault"

"tell them, tell all those whom you have betrayed your story and then avenge them"

"only then can you be truly sorry"

Ash spoke to Asmophel who was blankly staring at him.

"Will they listen?" He asked.

"I don't know, Ask them yourself" Ash shrugged reached out to kneeling Asmophel.

Asmophel looked at the teenager hand and grabbed it.

" I am in your debt" 

"If you allow it, I would like to follow you and atone my Sins" 

[Affinity with Asmophel reached 80]

"You can" Ash nodded , and looked at Mercedes who nodded.

"Now, we have the proof" Ash first pointed at Dark Bus and then at Asmophel and said.

Mercedes smiled and said "It was all due to you"

While a tear slipped past her cheek as she thought about the tragedy fallen upon the Empire twin Heroes.

Over the past 10 years, one hero lived in desperation and suffering from a false accusation while another hero was ruled by guilt. In the end, the source was Empress Marie and the Yatan Church. The moment she realized this.

She couldn't help but look at Ash more fondly, She hugged Ash and cried " Thank you, if not for you Sir Asmophel and Sir Piaro name wouldn't have cleared their name" 

Ash caressed her back as she poured her out while crying, 

Asmophel looked at her and felt somewhat happy but then he cursed at himself, "I don't have any right to be happY"

he said to himself, his guilt has clearly reached beyond his flesh and seeped into his soul.
