Cooperation Invitation

"Director Sterling, long time no see." Matthew Taylor walked briskly toward Mr. Sterling Senior, politely extending his hand and waiting for Mr. Sterling Senior's response.

Mr. Sterling Senior was delighted; he had known Matthew Taylor for many years, but they had never collaborated in business, only meeting a few times at various banquets.

"Don't call me Director, Matthew Taylor. I retired long ago. Now, Sterling Group is entirely in Damien's hands," Mr. Sterling Senior said.

"In that case, Grandpa Sterling," Matthew Taylor nodded, correcting himself.

"Grandpa Sterling, what happened…" Matthew Taylor gestured to the cane Mr. Sterling Senior was using. He remembered Mr. Sterling Senior always being quite robust.

"Grandpa injured his left knee last week while rock climbing," Damien Sterling explained.

"Yes, getting old has its challenges!" Mr. Sterling Senior sighed.
