As she neared it, Nolan closed in on her. "Let me drive you home." He said, having a history of Paige getting into a minor accident due to her condition.
"Forget about it, Nolan. I can go on my own." Paige blurted.
"You can give me dorections as when go. Also, I want to talk to you. To apologise, if that makes you comfortable."
"I told you to forget about it." Paige spat, her eyes burning with rage. "What's wrong with you?."
"Let me do just this, Paige." He tried to persuade her. "This might be the last time." With that, he took the keys from her and opened the car, getting into the driver's seat.
Paige was taken aback by Nolan's sudden persistence, but she couldn't deny the concern in his eyes. She reluctantly got into the passenger seat, her mind racing with thoughts and emotions.
