5 years past while Mona and Jim where looking for the perfect spot. They finally found some big animals that they could hunt.

Mona: Jim this is the 7 wild track we found this year. Most of them leading towards caves. This one looks like it's going to the river. Should we follow it?

Jim: it's good that there are tracks but it's only small wild life or bigger that will trave 1 or twice a year past this spot. There is just to much.... what the hell. Is that a small food print?

Mona: Yes that seems like one. Let's setup some wildlife camera's, perhaps we can get some footage. The footprint looks to small for a human and just 4 toes.

After 20 minutes of careful placing wildlife cameras Mona and Jim went further with their explanation. They would backtrack for the camera's.

The explanation was going well, only some smaller rivers, hills and lakes. They also found a few smaller swamps but nothing that put mutch delay in their hiking across the planet.

3 weeks later they found another wildlife track, now the question was it for wildlife or for other beings that could stand on two feed. Following the track let them to a lake.

This lake was full with fish. Jim was looking around if he could find clues of intelligent life forms. After about an hour looking around Jim found nothing.

Mona: Jim did you find anything? It's getting late perhaps we should start to make camp.

Jim: I didn't find anything, guess no other life forms but animals like on earth live here.

Let's keep going for a bit before we setup camp, I don't want to disturb the wild life to much.

After 5 weeks of looking around this was the most promising spot they only had to check if the wild life camera's captured something.

Returning to the wildlife camera's they found them broken without any kind of footage of what happened. This was not a good sign for this part of the planet so they kept lookingfor the best possible spot.

While Mona and Jim kept looking they where being looked at. The unknown creatures followed them from high up in the trees as stealthy as possible. Both parents of Aron and Jessica had no clue regarding this.

4 years past and more than enough locations have been spot but all of them gave Jim and Mona an uneasy feeling like they were being looked at.

In they end Jim went up to the spacecraft after dropping Mona off at the new named mountain; beautiful 30k. Mona was planning on walking around the mountain to see if they could live near this mountain. When she started the contract between her and Jim was lost.

Jim meanwhile was not worried about Mona's safety he was more worried about his kids and the rest of the people they brought.

After checking every nook and cranny he started tinkering with the system so both of his kids could have a good life even if both him and Mona would pass away.

I'm looking for a way to brainwash the researchers for a few years to make them scouts against their will and that they will forget that part after completing scouting the area around our new home.

Jim was now pondering if it was worth it or not. He already destroyed 20% of the military forces when they left earth. Doing this was perhaps even more questionable.

Almost a year later he made the desperate decision to do it just before he got a message from his wife.
