[Quest: Train for a Fine Hunt!

Train with Rengar and get his approval, then hunt for worthy prey!

It has already been 5 months since I started training with Rengar, and the changes in my body have been noticeable. My muscles are stronger than trees and I feel like every attack that's aimed at me, except for Rengars, are slowed down. And my reflexes and my hunting experience have grown tremendously.

What's more, we found out 3 months ago that this world's biology is different from our own worlds. In my world, a body that can be stronger than trees wasn't possible. My inhuman power was gained through training and battles. However, I felt for the last few months that it's better to be in a life and death situation than to train all day.

For the past 4 months, me and Rengar have grown closer to each other, with him even calling me by my new name now, Markon, instead of calling me his majesty. I guess you could say he's my best friend, my brother.

Rengar's brotherhood with me grew more as we fought. I was the only one that could come close to his abilities. All other animals in the island were weak, with the Gorilla being the strongest. 

Rengar has fought the gorilla before, and the fight didn't last long. Rengar pummeled the beast with nothing but his fist and won. Although near death, the gorilla was spared by Rengar as I had told him that I would kill it.

After witnessing the strength of the gorilla, Rengar decided that I was still far weaker than the beast.

Worried, Rengar taught me 3 skills;

Unseen Predator: Allows the user to go invisible for 10 seconds.

Savegary: When wounds are applied to the enemy, bleeding is more excessive and will last longer.

Battle Roar: Inflict fear into those who have weaker wills. If the user is injured and uses 'Battle Roar, the user will enter into a state of frenzy for 3 seconds, where will gain extra physical prowess and will heal missing health.

The Skills that Rengar taught me have helped my hunting tremendously. From taking hours for my hunting to finish, to now doing it in minutes. 

Although I wasn't strong enough to beat Rengar, I was strong enough to kill every single animal in this forest, with the exception of the gorilla. 

"Don't think about it too much, you can beat it" Commented Rengar

Rengar and I were walking towards the petricite trees where the gorilla resides. After fighting Rengar 3 weeks ago, he informed me of my improvement, and believed that I was capable enough to defeat the gorilla. 

Staring at the quest, I smiled and said, "I know"

I dashed to where the petricites were, with Rengar following. We looked at the beast below us from the cliff. The gorilla had wounds all over its body and 1 missing eye.

"Damn, you did a number on him" 

Rengar merely scoffed at my comment, making me laugh and going down towards the beast. Now without Rengar, I smiled as I made a crater on the ground, with the gorilla noticing the commotion. 

With a crazed smile I yelled, "Remember me bitch?! Throw a damn bolder at me again, I dare ya!"

Recently, my love for battle has changed. I used to hate the fact that I have to wake up early and get beaten up by Rengar and the animals. However, as I got used to the schedule, I had stopped complaining and wanted to improve. The moment I injured Rengar and killed the animals that used to beat me near death, my love for battle began to increase. I looked for stronger opponents to hunt. My ego, along with my skills, have risen to new heights.

"Roar!"

Angry, the gorilla roared and glared at me with his one eye. The gorilla started beating his chest and ran towards me.

3rd person pov

The gorilla charged at Markon, to which Markon replied by suddenly fading away. Confused, The gorilla roared once more and crashed his two massive fist onto the ground, making a giant crater. However, to the gorilla's dismay, Markon was still yet to be found. 

The gorilla looked around and saw nothing but Rengar on top of a cliff. Scared, the gorilla began backing off. However, the gorilla suddenly felt someone on his left shoulder. 

Looking at what it was, the gorilla got angry as he saw a weak human standing on his shoulder with a crazed smile. The gorilla roared and smacked his shoulder. 

Looking at his arm, the blood he was expecting did not appear, instead, everything suddenly went black and pain emerged from his right eye.

The gorilla roared and went into a frenzy state, destroying everything but the petricite trees. He tumbled over and reached the normal trees, outside of the petricite trees. However, as he reached across the border with the petricite trees and the normal trees, he stopped groaning and stood up, quickly going back to the petricite trees.

Appearing on one of the petricite trees, Markon suddenly said, "Hmm? Bro locked in for a second… Wonder why that is"

Markon had a questionable look as he pondered why the gorilla acted in such manners. However, he shrugged and smiled.

Markon leaped towards the Gorilla, who now stopped groaning in pain, and readied to strike at the gorilla's neck. In spite of the gorilla's pain and it's blindness, the gorilla stood on business and quickly turned around and punched Markon.

*Boom*

Markon flew towards the ground and created a crater. Despite the power of the gorilla's punch, Markon was still intact and had no broken bones.

Surprised, Markon pondered, "H-How? This retard didn't seem to have more intelligence than the herbivores… So how?"

Rengar was also surprised, the gorilla's aura had changed, and his instinct told him that the gorilla was dangerous. He uncrossed his arms and readied his weapons, ready to stop anything if Markon were to ever be in danger.

However, he eased up as he heard his brothers words,

"Come on then, worthy prey!"
