Throughout their ride to home, Mark didn't say anything to the driver
He just asked him to start the vehicle so that they would go home and added that the driver had to face his father when he gets home
"am sorry sir" the driver said
That was what he has been saying ever since they got inside the car but Mark gave him a deaf ears as he focused on his phone
He thought of what to do in order to get ease of what happened earlier
He couldn't believe his driver could betray him because of money
He thought for a while and decided to call Lucy who picked up immediately
"hey sweetheart" Lucy was the first to greet forcing Mark to smile
"have you gotten home?" Mark asked with a dull voice
"yes, you sounds somehow, what's the problem?" Lucy asked as she observed his voice
"nothing, I have a request to ask" Mark said
"go on"
"I want us to flex today, as in now" Mark requested
"as you wish, so where can we meet?" Lucy asked
"don't worry, I will give you a call in few minutes time" Mark said
"okay baby, I will be waiting"
"don't just wait, better get prepared now"
"okay, sure sir" Lucy replied saluting from where she was
Mark didn't see her but he could imagine it making him to smile and hung up
Mark made a call to his favorite photographer and asked him to get ready for his call
They later arrived home
The driver wanted to say something but Mark raised his finger up
"take some rest first" Mark said as he got down and walked in
He met with Miss Hannah and greeted her
His father wasn't around
Miss Hannah wanted to serve his lunch but Mark declined it saying that he was going somewhere
Few minutes later, Mark got ready after freshening up, as he first of all called his favorite photographer
"Pink Panda Shop Rite, you have to be fast please" he said as his photographer replied
He hung up and called Lucy
She was ready and was waiting for his call
"am coming direct to your house" Mark said as he walked out of his room
He locked it
"no problem, my parents aren't around" Lucy replied
"okay then, am coming" Mark said and hung up
He turned and met Miss Hannah with his food and was surprised
"young master" Miss Hannah called out surprisedly
She thought that he was joking like before, so that he would go and get the lunch himself
"I thought I told you that am rushing somewhere?" Mark asked changing his look a little
"I thought you were joking, am sorry" Miss Hannah apologised
"no need to be sorry, I will be back" Mark said and rushed outside
Mr Jones drove in immediately, he was just confused seeing Mark in his dressing
He parked at the parking spot
"Good afternoon Dad" Mark greeted as Mr Jones stepped out of the car 🚗
"where to?" Mr Jones asked ignoring the greeting as he stood, leaning on the car crossing his legs
He likes driving by himself but wouldn't like Mark to do so
"I thought I greeted you?" Mark returned the question
"are you the one that will tell me which one I will go for before the other one?" Mr Jones asked back
Mark checked his wrist watch and knew that their interrogation won't be a thing of a day and he was running late
"Dad, I will be back, trust me" Mark said walking ahead
"don't go alone" Mr Jones said but Mark didn't reply him
He rushed to where his driver's room
He collected the car key from him
"if you don't want to get sacked, better don't make any move of following me, I will have mercy on you if you respect me in this" Mark tried threatening the driver who just shook his head in fear
"Good" Mark said and walked outside
Mark don't really like treating people bad
When he gets outside, His father was no longer outside
Mark smiled, got inside his car
The gateman opened the gate
Mark drove almost out of the gate but stopped
"don't let the driver out of this compound" Mark warned
After what happened, he finds it difficult to trust the driver anymore
who knows what he might do next
The gateman nodded while Mark drove out
He found his way to Mr Holmes residence which happens to be Lucy's house
Mark arrived and Lucy's parents weren't around
They also don't know about their relationship
Lucy got in and Mark drove off heading to Pink Panda Shop Rite

They arrived, Lucy was amazed because she wasn't aware of where they were going to
"wow, that's sweet" Lucy said looking from inside the car
"wait a minute" Mark said as he opened his door, taking his phone as well
he texted his favorite photographer who responded that he was ready
He texted back "start"
He walked over and opened the door for Lucy who smiled and stepped out
the photographer did his work by snapping it
Mark smiled closing the door
He walked in hand to hand with Lucy
The Shop Rite was very big
it has restaurant part and shopping part as well
Mark first of all took Lucy to the shopping part as they started selection of clothes and shoes
with other stuff
Lucy was just mute because such hasn't happened before
"I guess, I have the right to spend on you" Mark said noticing that Lucy was wondering
Lucy just had to smile
They walked over to the teddy set as Lucy made her choice
Mark made the whole payment and asked them to take them to his car, of course they did
They went to the playing side and had fun
Mark tried everything possible to make Lucy laugh which he succeeded
Mark got to a spot and stopped
Lucy just looked at him wondering why he stopped
Mark was very sure that the photographer was around
He turned and held Lucy's hand, drawing her closer and kisses her on her forehead
Which the photographer took
Lucy couldn't believe it even people who were passing was like
"wow, sweet couple"
Lucy couldn't help it but smiled
They walked to the eating section
Mark made Lucy to sit down and he walked up to the waiters even though it was them that supposed to come to them
He made their orders and got back to his seat
Lucy wanted to say something but Mark said no
that she should wait till the food arrived
Lucy just had to laugh
Few minutes later, they were almost done with their eating
"what are we celebrating all of a sudden?" Lucy was able to ask
"our victory of course" Mark replied smiling
"and your birthday in advance" Mark added smiling
"thanks so much" Lucy said
"let me feed you" Mark said lifting up a spoon full of rice
He was very sure that the photographer was aware
Lucy smiled and opened her mouth
Mark puts it as Lucy laughed
she did the same to Mark
Lucy took it again and raised the spoon up
Mark opened his mouth to receive it but Lucy started rotating it before Mark
Mark wanted to rush it but Lucy took it back and threw it inside her mouth laughing
"1-0" Lucy said laughing back
Mark wanted to do the same but Lucy caught it on time before Mark would withdraw his hand and also not to wound her with the spoon
"2-0" Lucy shouted laughing
"that's because you are cheating" Mark responded
"it can't be, try harder" Lucy said as
They kept laughing
The photographer was also doing his perfect work
When they were done, Mark had to drop Lucy off as he retired to his house
On the way, Mark called his favorite photographer who picked up immediately
"you know what to do already, upload them to the school website where only students would see that" Mark said
"sure, consider it done" the photographer replied
"okay, I have forwarded you your money, check it out, just now" Mark said
"okay" the photographer said while Mark hung up

Mr Jones has tried Mark's countless times but he wasn't picking up
He became worried that he had to called his driver
the driver reported that he was at home
Mr Jones became confused that he ordered him to come
Mr Jones was still scolding the driver when Mark drove in
He parked and rushed in
Mr Jones was really angry but he wouldn't do anything to the driver because he felt pity for him
On seeing Mark, he relaxed a bit and faced him
"Dad please am sorry, I asked him not to go with me" Mark said immediately even before Mr Jones would say a word because he saw the driver begging
Knowing what the problem must be
"is that why you had to ignore your calls?" Mr Jones asked
"my calls?" Mark returned the question as he started searching his pocket
he brought out his phone and was shocked on how many calls he missed
he placed it on silent, earlier to avoid being disturbed
"come with me" Mr Jones said and walked upstairs

James was in the living room, just scrolling down on his phone searching on which strategy he should use just to win Lucy's heart and win the game since Mark told him that he was fully ready for the game
A notification came to his phone about the update made in the school website
He almost ignored it but decided to try it out first
He was more than shocked on what he saw
It was captured "Best Couple Of The Year"
The first picture was when Mark kissed Lucy's forehead
he scrolled down
the next was when Mark opened the door for Lucy and she made to step down, followed by the one they were matching in, next was when they were picking goods and lastly when they were feeding themselves
it got James crazy immediately
"why am I feeling jealous?" James asked himself touching his chest
"no, let it not be it" he said
"it was a game it can't be feeling, maybe I felt I was loosing" James added trying to convince himself
"is she the one?" the voice brought James back to life
that was Mrs Sharon asking
James made to hide the phone
"let me see" Mrs Sharon said as she stretched her hand towards the phone
James had to give it to her but sat properly so that he would be seeing her
"she's really beautiful and you need to win this game" Mrs Sharon said making James to look at her with his eyes more opened
"but this guy looks familiar" she said looking closely at the picture
James didn't make a move, his mind was just on what he saw
"I think I have to tell you our secret because you need to win her" Mrs Sharon added making James to smile and stood up

Rita couldn't believe what she was seeing
she was happy but at the same time heartbroken
she wished she was the one
she was lost in thought that she didn't know when Ruth walked in
she checked out the phone and saw the surprise
she turned looking at Rita, she was smiling, at the same time shading tears
"That's love for you" Ruth said placing her hand on Rita's shoulder because she knew that she wouldn't respond if she didn't touch her due to her condition that moment
"why would my heart cheat on me, my heart just fell for who wasn't its" Rita said as she left the tears to flow freely
Ruth drew her head closer to her shoulder, letting Rita's head to lie on it
"just try loving someone else, it might help" Ruth said caressing her head but Rita shook her head negatively
"you won't understand, it's hard to" Rita said shedding more tears

The following day, the news was everywhere but the teachers finds it difficult to know what the students were showing themselves and that was because it was restricted from teachers
James sighted Mark's car from the window
Everyone was inside
so James rushed out straight to Mark
"you think that would help?" James asked blocking Mark from going in making Mark to smile
"you started it, so don't be surprised, am just starting" Mark said as he patted James on his shoulder and walked ahead of him
