Chapter 3.5: it's not Halloween yet
After all that had happened, Venus was sitting on the bed with a new pair of pants and underwear, looking at his newly acquired tail, horns, and wings before confirming that his fangs had indeed also grown beyond the norm. He was now a demon, well at half demon and there wasn't much he could do about not that he would if the situation allowed for it.
"So, you're a demon now?" Mera who had calmed down asked.
"Yeah, I wasn't exactly expecting it to go this way." Venus responded.
"That's what happens when you don't think about your decision and end up in the hands of a being from beyond. I won't force you to if you don't want to, but I heavily advice for cutting this short, here and now." Mera expressed with a frown on her face while she sat on the bed hugging her own legs, with a tired tone of voice.
"You know I can't do that, it's just something I'll have to be more careful about in the future." Venus replied with a serious expression and tone, no smile in sight.
"Why are you even doing this? Is this because of me or is it because of the harem you said you want to build? Cause there are better and easier ways to do it, than to sell yourself like that." Mera equally seriously responded with an even deeper frown.
"Not really, yes I want what you mentioned, but I also want much more, I don't want to be at the mercy of these beings above or the universe forever, I want to live until I decide I've had enough, I want to be strong enough to protect all that's mine from anything, I want to be able to wake up every morning and feel safe, I want a harem of beauties, I want you in my harem, I want my mother and sister in my harem, I want to see more worlds, I want to conquer and command, I want true freedom, I want many more things... and most importantly, I want REVENGE. For all that, I Venus Eros Ambrosio am a greedy bastard, but nothing will stop me from one day achieving all that. NOTHING... That's why, I could, but don't want to, and won't stop! The eyes that watch me from beyond will see." Venus declared fully serious without a sherd of hesitation in his tone or expression.
"It seems... You know what you want... That's nice. Just remember to look before you leap. You seem a bit brazen with all this." Mera responded before letting herself fall on the bed with her back and her arms spread. Her yellow eyes looked at the roof while her black hair lay on the bed, together with her petite loli body type created a cute image as she was now just wearing a black and white dress, now that her aura of darkness was dispelled.

"Don't worry, I will. I might not be the brightest of minds, but I will get there with my work and talent. After all, I've survived this long, I'm not giving in now." Venus answered with a slight smile, but not one of happiness more so a smile carrying a bit of a bitter taste.
"If you say so, I'll believe it, just don't forget to ask for help if you need any. Oh, and you mentioned you wanted to go to other worlds and so on. Do you have a plan? That's not something done easily... Well, unless your patron wants to help, in which case I get the general gist of it." Mera continued to say.
"Yeah, yeah, you sound like my mother at this point, I'm not going to die anytime soon. As for the plan, yup, I already have the deal worked out. All I need right now is to convince Sarah, and mom to join the harem so we can move on from here." Venus clarified.
"How perverse of you, your own family... Then again, it's not like I care about such things. But I'm surprised you're giving up on this world with how much power hunger was emanating from you just a moment ago." Mera said.
"Who said I'm giving up? I just need to gather some strength and experience before I tackle this world, and that's all, nobody is will stop me once I come back to make this place mine." Venus made clear.
(Not like I have much of a choice considering, I'm going to need this world's fragment if I want my plan to work.) Venus thought to himself.
"*sigh* this is definitely going to be problematic in the future, but it's not like I can change your mind, so I'll just relax and pretend you didn't drag me into this. Just tell me when we're going to the next world, oh and don't take too long, as they will eventually send someone because of my disappearance and it won't be pretty. Especially if they find us as we are." She smiled to herself before sitting up and beginning to meditate.
"I'll take that into consideration." He announced as he got up from bed and began walking towards the door.
"Where are you going?" Mera who hadn't stopped meditating asked.
"Talk to my mom. She'll actually get pissed if I delay it too much." Venus responded calmly.
Not saying anymore, Mera went back to her mediation before Venus left the room and walked to the living room, where he found his mom sitting on the couch watching TV. Without saying a word, Venus sat next to her. The silence went on for the duration of 3, 40 minutes episodes of a soap opera she was watching before she finally turned to Venus and said.
"You finally found time for your old mother, what a surprise." A bit of sarcasm could be easily felt in her words.
"I was a bit... Busy, that's all." Venus internally cringed knowing what was coming but maintained a composed expression.
"I know, I saw it first hand. I'm honestly surprised you have that much... Energy in you. Since you never even got close to any girls before, I was starting to get used to the idea of never getting any grandchildren from you, I mean at least your sister seemed to be straight so it wasn't a big deal..." She had a worried expression before she let out a sigh of relief.
"Yes, I'm very much straight." Venus forced a slight smile as he understood he couldn't blame his mom, as anyone would have come to the same conclusion at some point by observing his previous behavior. All of it was due to the scenario, the Author had trapped him in.
She then hugged him tight and began expressing her thoughts. "I mean, I know that you kids nowadays are all about expression, so I wanted to be supportive, but I was honestly really nervous and didn't know what to do about it at all. This is such a relief, you can't imagine."
"It's not a problem. It's usually hard to adapt to new things. I personally won't hold it against you, though some people online probably would." Venus responded.
"Don't even make imagine all that, things just move so fast nowadays... Anyway, you do know that Halloween is only a few days from now, right? Why are you wearing that?... Also, where did you even get a costume this realistic? Did you order this from one of your animu sites?" While she was talking, she focused on the costume her son was wearing despite it not being Halloween yet.
"It's anime, mum... As for why I'm wearing this, it's because I wanted to test the outfit I ordered, so I asked a friend to come and help me with it." Venus, who was slowly getting suffocated to death by her breasts explained.
"Yeah, yeah your animu things... But that's not important. You said you called a 'friend', I assume it's the same 'friend' you've been getting busy with the whole day." She speculated.
"We're very close, that's all..." Venus let himself blush as he said so.
"*Giggles* That's what we all say and before we know it things have escalated... Anyway, have some things to get done. I'll talk more to you later." She let go of the hug before directly kissing him on his lips getting up and leaving.
Once she left Venus sighed before smiling slightly.
(It seems things will be working out on this end, I just have to work it out with Sarah and we'll leave this place.) Venus concluded.
