Section 1. Title
This Act shall be known as the "National Security Surveillance Act."
Section 2. Implementation of Surveillance Cameras in Households
It is hereby declared that every household is required to install government-authorized surveillance cameras within the premises.
Section 3. Responsibility of Surveillance
The monitoring of all surveillance camera feeds will be exclusively managed by a state-appointed authority, with all data securely stored at specified locations and access restricted to authorized personnel only.
Section 4. Prohibition of Unauthorized Surveillance
All surveillance cameras must undergo a comprehensive auditing process to confirm compliance with established regulations and standards. Any unauthorized surveillance cameras found on household premises should be reported to the local authorities for immediate action.
Section 5. Penalties for Non-Compliance
Any household found to be in violation of government regulations related to surveillance cameras will face severe penalties, including imprisonment for up to 45 years, the death penalty, or property seizures.
Section 6. Implementation
This Act shall come into force on a date to be fixed by the appropriate authorities. All existing provisions, laws, and regulations that are inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
Section 7. Effectivity
This Act shall take effect immediately after its approval.
