Your Hidden Gift.

That night Amanda and Mayah are in their room and they are speaking about boys and school. Mayah is going on about how she needs to find a good lover and how she wants someone to come and sweep her off her feet. Amanda listens to her but she is on her bed doing something. She has a pencil and a notebook.

"So I have seen you with Ashton. You look cute together." Mayah says. "Mhh..." Amanda replies. Her focus is elsewhere. "So are you dating him now? Did you says yes to him?" Mayah asks. "Mmmh... what?" Amanda asks as her attention comes back to Mayah. "You are not even listen to me. What are you doing there?" Mayah asks as she gets off her bed and walks over to Amanda's bed. Amanda stops doing what she is doing and hides her notebook.

"Hey... let me see. What is it? Are you writing poems for him?" Mayah asks. "I wish I could..." Amanda says. "Oh! So you are dating him." Mayah says. "I don't know. I mean... I kind of kissed him this evening." Amanda says. "Damn! You decided... wait! I see what you are doing! Now you care about my question. Let me see that notebook." Mayah says smiling. And she has a little struggle with Amanda before she hands her the notebook.

"Wow! This is Harva Countryside!" Mayah says as she looks at the drawing Amanda has done. She has drawn a perfect picture of Harva Countryside. No mistakes and no places where the pencil went off the details. "You drew all this from your mind?" Mayah asks. "No... It's from some pictures I took when we were coming here." Amanda says. "You are so perfect with that pencil! Damn! Why do you have to be the one with all the blessings in the family girl?" Mayah says. "You have a blessing too. You have just not discovered it yet." Amanda tells her.

"Can you draw me?" Mayah asks. "Well... yeah. I can. But you have to pay." Amanda says. "You draw me or I tell your mom you have a boyfriend." Mayah says. "Okay... I see what you are doing. I'll draw you tomorrow then." Amanda says. "And you will also tell me about Ashton." Mayah says. "Okay but tomorrow. As we walk to school." Amanda says. "Now go to your bed. I need to finish that." She adds taking the notebook from Mayah's hand.
