No Game No Life Zero~Hardcore Gacha

During the mission to bring the telescope, Riku lost two more companions.

Their next mission was to go in the abandoned ship of the dwarves. Riku had chosen Ivan and Aley to go there with him.

Riku was preparing to go there when his head started hurting. a lot of information started surging in his mind. If said correctly, it was not information, it was memory! Riku's mind started filling with memories of a 20-year-old otaku, Riku started screaming because of the head pain. After some time he regained consciousness, but now it was not just Riku.

It was a bit difficult to say who it was right now, he had memories of Riku as well as that boy in his mind. Now, he was both of them at the same time.

He couldn't believe it. What was happening here, in the other world, this is an anime movie? It was quite hard to digest. He couldn't understand what he should consider himself, Rio or Riku? He felt as if he lived two lives at the same time.

Since there was a shortage of time. He quickly decided that since it's Riku's body, then he's Riku with the memories of Rio.

How did it happened? He didn't knew the answer, but he can't waste time thinking about it. 

Just when he was going to make a strategy using these memories, he noticed one more thing, that there was an icon in his peripheral vision. He focused on the icon and a status window opened. 

"It means i have more than one cheat code right? Great" he said in exitement.

After watching the status window for a while and understanding it, he found out that it is a gacha system, by completing different missions Riku can unlock different powers of animes.

After examining the gacha system for 5 minutes, Riku found that its more like a gamble. Because even the first mission was~

• Riku never wants any danger to come to his village, and that is why he always avoids any device/ tool/ equipment that works on spirits. So the first mission is ~

Of course, it can't be called a cheat, because the system is demanding a huge price for what it is giving. For Riku, there is nothing more important than his village and its people. And the system is asking him to put his village in danger just to play the first gacha. Not only this, if he is detected by some other race while using the device, then game over. His entire village will be reduced to ashes.

 After thinking for a while, he said

"Granted"

the system thinks that Riku will never put his village in danger, and that is absolutely correct. I would never have thought of doing this, if I were just Riku and I wouldn't had the memories of what is going to happen in the future. Riku thought

He went out of the room and called Ivan.

"Riku, have you seen all the routes for the next mission?"

"Our plan has changed. Go and call Neo."

Neo is a very capable boy who is a master at understanding the condition of the maps. His reaction speed is slow and he does not understand the commands immediately, which is why riku doesn't let him go on expeditions.

Riku gave him some tasks and also said that is going alone on the next expedition.

"Will you be able to do this alone?" Neo said

Riku did not say anything. Neo went to do his task as if that question itself was worthless.

Its not like riku is some kind of deity who can do anything, the Grim Reaper's sickle hovered over Riku's bared neck same as the rest of them. But his neck—hung with the weight of all two thousand of them. There's no way he will die.
