The woman's face abruptly changed. She wanted to say something to refute but in the face of this unknown man's cold and dark eyes, an insurmountable fear arose. It made her feel that in the next second she'd be chopped to pieces if she continue to stay here! In the end, she could only hurry away, unnoticed in the heated and frantic atmosphere.
Chu Yi narrowed his eyes and moved as if to escape from the mans' grasp, however, the hands on his waist tightened, squeezing the soft flesh there and slowly speaking above him, "Isn't it too early to burn the bridge after crossing dear, shouldn't you be showing your gratitude instead."
Chu Yi scoffed and raised his head, locking eyes with the teasing and dangerous eyes that stared down at him. He didn't seem surprised by the man's sudden presence. He was calm, not afraid, and even sneered twice,
"Gratitude? If it wasn't for you I might be enjoying the services of a beautiful and wanton elf at this moment."
