[Protocol Defense: When host is unnaturally knocked unconscious and not in deceased state, SYSTEM will remove dangers from surroundings before returning control of body to host. Activation conditions can be modified.]
[Death's Shepherd: A spirit beast linked to hosts soul for as long as host's soul exists.]
[Early Awakening Access: The SYSTEM has granted access to host to awaken early. Recommended to use if host has chosen unsafe origin point. Upon using Early Awakening Access, host's body will immediately age to accommodate the Awakening. Upon claiming privileges host can will when to awaken early if the host so wills.]
[Invincible Soul: Soul is indestructible and immortal.]
[Select to claim privileges.]
'Although I don't like the idea of anything taking control of my body, I guess it's better than being put to sleep by a stranger.' Thea thought as she nodded her head.
The rest of the so called 'privileges' were interesting to say the least. Thea then claimed the privileges and moved on to the next tab: [Settings].
In this tab a list of 3 adjustable modifications popped up, notifications for killing something, leveling up and new skills or titles gained. For now all these options were turned off but after some consideration, the two last notifications were turned on, leaving just the kill notifications turned off.
Finally finished with the tabs, Thea returned to the [Linked Beings] tab and inspected the Death's Shepherd.

[Death Shepherd – LVL 1]
[A violent but just creature, high in agility and strength but no mana.]
[Has been linked to hosts soul.]

'Hmm, violent but just?'
As Thea had been looking at her new features, the three other ladies sitting at the table had started getting anxious with the duration it took Thea to answer.
Watching Thea's different expressions as she looked at the empty air in front of her, Lily had deducted that something had indeed changed and she planned on giving her some time before wanting an answer but it was taking a little too long.
As Lily's curiosity increased, her patience decreased and after having waited for a full 10 minutes in silence she finally spoke up.
"Althea? What's changed?" Lily asked as the three ladies looked at Thea.
Thea thought of a way to explain without bringing up the SYSTEM, her remaining DP or her rebirth, and ended up playing dumb.
"It seems a creature has been linked to me…" Thea responded.
Hearing Thea's answer both Lily and Elize looked at each other and sighed out in relief. It seems she wasn't possessed or in danger for now.
"What does being linked to me mean?" Thea asked, curious as to why the atmosphere seemed to get less depressive all of a sudden.
"Well Althea, when someone summons a creature, they have the choice of making a contract with the creature, this will only work if both parties agree to it, and if they do, well then the summoner can bind, or link the creature to them." Lily said.
"A-after the bind or link, as long as the summoner is alive the summoned creature can revive if the summoner uses enough mana or blood essence." Elize finished.
Hearing the explanation Thea only had one question.
"Is being a summoner normal?" Thea asked.
"It isn't normal, but it also isn't that rare. Some species such as humans, elves, demons have the potential to summon creatures but for the rest it is pretty rare, not unheard of, but rare." Lily said.
"Anyways why don't you call your summon forth." Lily said with a little excitement.
"Uhm, alright… Elize if you don't want to see it I can summon it some other time. Same goes for you Mia." Thea said.
"N-n-no, it's alright." Elize said trying to act brave.
"I want to see it too." Mia said with a smile.
"Alright then." Thea said as she looked at Elize and Mia with a caring smile.
