Part 4

I suck my fingers hand hard, trying to recreate the mechanism of catapult, sucking the fingers in themselves until there is a visible hole in my fingers, a mini catapult is what my finger trying to form.

With how flexible the slime textures in my body is, I thought that I could make a minigun with my finger. The concept itself is not very unique however with this concept I can start attacking at long distance, which opens a new door to me.

After the fingers already forming a catapult shaped, I start to focus. This process is not as simple as it sounds, because what I shoot is not simple water, it's a mini horn.

Slowly I transform what soon to be a mini horn across my fingers. After transforming them I simultaneously release the tension across the fingers, it flies destroying the cave wall in front.

Again, I success, two months have passed after I got the undead ability, I have nothing left to do in that periods, so I suggest creating a new way to fight is the best way to kill some time.

In these two months, I make quite progress especially in my new shooting ability, I can now shoot from whatever spot I want in my body, from head to toe I can even do freestyles while doing so.

In contrast to my newly created ability, my old ability didn't improve at all, I still stuck at five-second to transform, well that's because of my new ability fault, I glued to its premise of being able to attack from long distance, in the end, the results are amazing, I have no regrets at all.

In these two months, I barely step a foot outside the cave, yes, I'm shut-in but that's not on purpose, there are barely anything out there in the winter, no monster and no living tree.

Now I want to redeem myself, I want to explore this forest, maybe out there in the forest lies a unique monster with an interesting ability.

I want to meet that kind of monster, I still remember my quote from before, with great strength comes great convenience. The ability that I really want the most is magic, with magic many things could be achieved.

I take a step outside the cave, the sun greeted me with its warm light, a spring has come, the surrounding tree blooming like a flower greeting the sun. Not far from me I can hear a monster already.

I take a walk and see the blossoming tree, a breeze come and go with the situation, up in the sky many types of weird bird monster flying. Peaceful and welcoming season, my favourite season.

I walk to the river, seeing many monsters out there, a bear, a deer, a wolf and a lynx, no, I didn't plan to eat them. I continue my walk to see what kind of monster will I meet next, There is an owl couple of deer and some wolf.

This is weird, The last time I know there are no native species of wolf in this area, are they migrating? And why all of them is the same species I kill before, the one with the chain.

Is this because of me? As far I remember I didn't do anything to provoke or attract them, well whatever, from the beginning nature its strange thing not to mention in this weird place where monster exists, one or two extremes thing on earth surely will be normal here, lets nature takes its courses and leave it be.

I continue my walk again, this time I want to go to the oak tree, now I know that I can resist poison I want to wolf down the flower on its surroundings. I believe some of them will surely give me some good ability, like making drugs or potions or something.

After walking a considerable distance I finally arrive at the oak tree, the tree I used to climb, the last time I visit this place in the winter the flowers and plants are already long gone.

Now in front of me is the new set of flower and plants, still fresh and delicious. I make a tail to mass absorb the flower and plants, I just need a couple of swipe and it all will be complete.

With the preparation complete, I swipe my tail across the place, many flowers and plants are gone in an instant, all of them safely in dissolved in my tail. This area is already bald, I move to the other side of the tree, now this is a new area full of treasure, I swipe my tail again with it all the flower and plants are gone.

As I expected I didn't get any memory from all of that, not even a bit, thanks to that I didn't know what I could use them for. Whatever, let's go to the next step! I approach the oak tree and slap it with my tail, after that, I try to absorb the tree, but it didn't go well.

"What do you do to my treasured garden!"

The tree speaks some harsh word but I fully deserve it after what I have done.

"Treant who dwell in this tree! Please show yourself, I wish to speak!"

Huh... It's been a long time since I spoke to other people maybe creatures, I hope I didn't sound nervous.

"After you do that to me, you wish to speak, you Human Scum! Even after what you and your kids did to me, you still want more?! What have I done to your kind to be this mean to me? Human!!!"

What?! What happens, did this tree having some mental breakdown. I know that what I have done is very mean, but I didn't know what my kind has done to this tree.

"Treant, please calm down, I just want to talk. I know I have done some means thing to you but please listen to me!"

No answer came from the tree, I also didn't talk again, so I don't disturb its decision. Not long after, the answer finally comes, that's in form of vines, I didn't dodge the vines, the vines strongly gripping my body, this is one of the biggest pain I experience in my whole life.

The vines that grip me have thorns around them, it make my whole body bleed, to fight with the pain sensation I activated my undead ability. Honestly I can break these veins and beat the shit of this Treant, but I can't, for my goal, I can't do it.

My goal is to collect information from this Treant. First I consider the optical to talk with it nicely, maybe knocks its bark and talk with it, but I remember that even after I climb it, it only gives a little warning, so I have no choice to do it evilly and piss off this tree. As a result, it works beautifully.

Hah... I hope I have a better option, what is this? Why I feel pleasure in this state and why I feel like being sucked. Ah! This tree did he absorb me, this is bad.

To fight the tree, I summon a chain from my body, it flies around me, the next step I turn that chain into a blade then cut the vines around me, freeing me from the tree bound. I didn't attack further and only observe the tree.

"Again I admitted that I have done something horrible, however, I really want to talk and ask a few questions from you"

The Treant stay silent, its vines not attacking me but it's always ready for it, the vines still stay in the air. Maybe I have done something irredeemable. Will shit always come and go, you can't get the answer from the tree then let's leave.

"If you don't want to answer me then that's fine, after all, I'm in the wrong. I will leave this place but before that, I want to apologise for what I cause, I will return what I have take"

That's right, I'm not that stupid to make a risky decision without a backup plan, from the beginning what I want is another useful ability and information, I got one of them so it's not that bad.

For the apology, I use my tail to pop up all the flower that I have eaten, no, this is not a throw-up, this is a brand new one. My ability can produce anything that I have eaten, in sort this ability is like creation but with some limitations.

After all the flower and plants have been created. I plant them back one by one by my own hand, it's a messy work, all the flower and plants is not on their original spot, nonetheless, I still organize them carefully, flower with flower and plants with plans.

I hope with this the Treant forgive me, I don't know what sort of ability a Treant has, but I definitely know the last thing I didn't want to end up with is a curse.

"Please forgive me with this, I know that the flowers and plants are not on their original spot, this is the first time I do gardening so please forgive these stupid beginner mistakes.

By the time I spoke, I notice that the flying vines are gone, that's a good sign, maybe I have received some forgiveness from the tree, thank goodness. For now, I can at least sleep in peace.

"Then I will take my leave, goodbye and again sorry for that"

I turn back to my human form, without any tail, but before I can fully leave I hear a sound, a woman sound coming from the tree.

"Stop!"

I myself is a very sane person, I know that no girls live in a forest full of danger, so there is no way a woman could exist in this very harsh place. This must be the tree still have a grudge lingering grudge, even after I convert god know how much mana I have to flower and plants, the tree still want to suck me dry, give me a break.

"What? Still, wants more? Then tomorrow I will give you more, for now, leave me alone"

I didn't face the sound when I say that, I just want to leave quickly from this place and go deep to the forest, but it seems the tree still didn't want to release me.
