After struggling in the apocalypse for ten years, Yao Ran died and returned to the three months before everything began. She returns with hatred and thirsts for revenge, intent on making those who owe her pay with their lives. With her grandfather's inheritance, Yao Ran sold everything and frantically hoarded weapons, medicine, food, and supplies. She sharpened her sword, stockpiled up supplies, settled scores with scoundrels and villains, and repaid them with both enmity and kindness. When disaster strikes, she begins her revenge, facing a dangerous world, and is determined to outlast her previous life.
The building manager nodded eagerly and handed Yao Ran an empty bucket. She climbed into the truck's compartment, positioned herself to block the others' view, and discreetly took a measuring cup from her space.
She opened the lid of a plastic drum and began filling the bucket with water, scooping five times before handing the full bucket back to the building manager.
"Please sign here." Yao Ran said, pointing at his name on the list, and handed him the pen.
After signing the list, the building manager hurriedly left with his water. Seeing this scene, the other survivors watched Yao Ran eagerly.
She calmly looked down at the notebook and called out, "Grandma Hu."
An elderly woman in her sixties raised her hand excitedly and shouted hoarsely, "Here, here. I'm here!"
Yao Ran looked at the thin Grandma Hu and said, "I will give you three liters of water."
