Preparations for reconciliation

As Natsuki is talking to Kaneki and calming him down so she could talk with Yuuka, Yuuka was just walking around Shimotsuki thinking on what she's going to do about Kaneki.

Yuuka: sigh~ what am I going to do now?

Ping!

A notification came up in Yuuka's phone, she picked up her phone with a message on it coming from Shino.

"Hey Yuuka let's meet at our secret base"

"Why?"

"It's important"

"Okay then I'll be there soon"

Yuuka: I wonder what she wants?

"Maybe she is going to tell you to give up on Higanbana-kun"

Yuuka: shut up...

Yuuka's thoughts*

(What's going on? Why am I seeing and hearing myself?)

Yuuka: sigh~ well it's better if I tell them.

Yuuka then started walking to the tree house.

30 minutes later*

Yuuka: hey guys.

Yuuka arrived and she was greeted by her friends.

Shino: Hey.

Miku & Sachi: hey Yuuka/Yuuka-Oneechan.

Chikao: so uhh how are you?

Yuuka: not good, not good at all, I think I'm going crazy since we got home yesterday.

Miku: why? What happened?

Yuuka: well.

Yuuka explained her situation about her seeing herself and all the things "she" said.

Shino: Oh my!

Miku: that... Really is bad.

Chikao: why is that happening?!

Yuuka: I don't know! It just happened since we got back!

Sachi: hmm...

Shino: Sachi?

Sachi: I think I know why you're experiencing that, it must be because of your love for Itadori-kun.

Everyone: what?!

Sachi: you said that "you" was comparing Kaneki to him so that love you feel for him must be overpowering the love you feel for Kaneki.

Yuuka: no way... Kaneki... I'm the worst!

Sachi: if you don't fix your relationship with him soon you'll completely fall for Itadori-kun.

Yuuka: i-i don't want that.

Sachi: well, you guys should've stayed by Kaneki's side when I left.

Everyone: !!!

Chikao: Sachi?!

Sachi: sorry, you guys know that I'm a bit mad for what you've done to him so that slipped out.

Yuuka: I guess the only way to fix my relationship with him now is to talk huh?

Sachi: to be honest, you guy's should've done that instead of this whole one by one reconciliation plan of yours.

Chikao: Sachi you shouldn't-

Sachi: I know I'm sorry, you guys know how impatient I can get, I just really really want my friends to get along again so we can do things together again like we always do.

Shino: oh I see, sorry we're talking so long Sachi.

Sachi: it's alright.

Chikao: anyways, how are you going to talk to Kaneki? I know he feels guilty since he slapped you but he would probably not be comfortable to talk for a few days.

Yuuka: well... I actually already have a plan for that.

Everyone: Ehh?! Really?!

Yuuka: Yeah, well it's actually Natsuki's plan.

Sachi: really? What did she say?

Yuuka: I'll make it short, she said if Kaneki comes to school today we talk but if he doesn't come she'll convince him to talk.

Chikao: seriously?! Why didn't you sent us a message about that during lunch?!

Yuuka: I... Felt embarrassed.

Everyone: sigh~

Sachi: well, at least there's a good chance of him being convinced.

Shino: yeah, this is Natsuki we're talking about.

Miku: yeah.

Yuuka: I just hope I can be able to talk to hi-

Ring! Ring! Ring!

Yuuka: Natsuki is calling! Everyone be quiet!

Everyone nodded.

Yuuka: hey Natsuki, why did you call?

"I'm here to report that I was able to convince him! I was also able to calm him down!"

Yuuka: seriously?!

"Yup, he told me he'll go to school tomorrow to talk to you, so you must be prepared!"

Yuuka: Oh thanks!

"Don't mention it! I'm happy to help! Remember be prepared!"

Natsuki then hung up.

Yuuka: Thanks...

Everyone smiled when they heard it all.

Shino: alright, prepare yourself!

Miku: yeah! This will be your last chance so don't waste it!

Sachi & Chikao: do your best Yuuka.

Yuuka was happy that her friends were cheering her on.

Yuuka: thanks guys...

Yuuka then made a decision.

Yuuka: I'll be going now, I better prepare for tomorrow.

Everyone: good luck!

Yuuka then left the tree house in the forest and started to go somewhere.

Yuuka's thoughts*

(Alright, I made up my mind I'll do "that" right now!)

She was planning something.

The next day*

August 4, 2042*

Yuuka: Haa~ I can do this, the time has come to finish what I started. I'm off.

Yuuka then headed to school.

Meanwhile*

Sword-san: [looks like that Natsuki girl really convinced you huh?]

Kaneki: shut up...

Sword-san: [face her properly Kaneki-chan]

Kaneki: I will... Let's go.

Kaneki then went on his way to school as well.

Will Kaneki and Yuuka reconcile or will they no longer be friends forever?
