Kaneki's Expulsion

Before the Training for the W.S.S.F starts, a meeting regarding Kaneki's possible expulsion is being held in the teachers meeting room.

The Principal, Student council, Student morals committee and all of the teachers had started their discussion.

Querxes: we're opposed to this please don't expell Kaneki.

Kirin: We'll take responsibility for what he has done.

Querxes and Kirin tried to oppose the possible decision to expell Kaneki but.

Sakura: We are not going to look over what that student has done, he was very violent for the last 4 months and it seems he's starting to get out of control. We must protect the students from him.

Sakura Aizawa, the president of the Student council is in favor of Kaneki's Expulsion.

Alongside her, the vice president and her close friend.

Tsugumi: I agree, that boy has been nothing but trouble since he has entered our school 4 months ago, he had been beating up students left and right.

???: that's true, he did do that. but he actually had a reason for it.

Mitsuha: that's right! My student was only beating up Bullies! He was just trying to help!

Sakura: that may be true, but we can't ignore all the other crimes he has done against the school and it's students.

Tsugumi: Stealing school property, damage to school property and vandalism.

Emi: umm...

Emi had raised his hand.

Sakura: Speak up.

Emi: Kaneki-san has already payed a lot of money for those things, he even apologized.

Azusa: that's right, My Cousin has already payed compensation for those wrong doings he did.

Azusa and Emi came in to defend Kaneki.

???: didn't he just beaten up Itadori Ryueki 2 days ago?

One of the female teachers mentioned Kaneki's most recent behavior.

???: that's right, he beaten him up for no reason and almost left his arms completely useless.

Tsugumi: that's right, and if we continue to have him in the W.S.S.F the chances of him going crazy might be higher.

Sakura: for not only the safety of our students but also the safety of all the other students that will be participating in the W.S.S.F we must remove Kaneki from Mato High.

Many of the teachers have agreed to Sakura's argument.

Principal: Any objections?

Querxes: ...

Kirin: ...

Emi: ...

Azusa: ...

Querxes, Kirin, Emi and Azusa couldn't think of any way defend Kaneki so, the Principal has made her decision.

And a beautiful girl with Blonde hair, golden eyes and bright skin with white feathery wings, an angel has walked into the room.

Tsukuyomi: I suggest you don't expell Kaneki-sensei.

Who was this angel? And what is her relationship with Kaneki?
