Yukari couldn't help but feel content as she saw Seraphina, her creation, use her devastating power against the army. She felt that naming Serpahina was the right course of action and was astounded by Seraphina's skill as she watched it in action.
In the midst of the defeated army, Seraphina stood tall as her form shrank and grew smaller until it resembled a human. She conjured a blood spear into her hands in the midst of the blood ocean that was all around her. She plunged herself into the crimson sea, becoming one with it.
The army watched Seraphina with horror as she popped in and out of the blood ocean with deadly accuracy. She swiftly dispatched each of her foes one by one, turning her spear into a weapon of death.
After each kill, she vanished back into the bloody abyss before reappearing close to her next victim. The army was in disarray as this deadly dance went on.
The mages used earth spells to enclose the blood ocean in an effort to stop Seraphina's relentless assault as the remaining soldiers started to flee. Only a quarter of the army was left after several minutes of bloodshed, and their desire to fight had waned. With her eyes fixed on the remaining members of the enemy forces, Seraphina stood in the middle of the enclosed blood ocean.
Blood gathered at the tip of Seraphina's spear as she launched it forward with one final, decisive strike. A strong, concentrated beam formed from the spear's tip which covered the army's entire width. In the midst of the sea of dead bodies left behind by the devastating attack, only a few survivors could be found.
Yukari observed the battle with a sense of contentment. While the attack may not have been Seraphina's most powerful, it had still wiped out a significant portion of the enemy forces.
Surprisingly, the general who had called her a demon had survived the onslaught. Yukari realized that he would serve as a useful tool, spreading tales of her power and instilling fear in those who dared to oppose her.
Having transformed back into a human, Tia joined Yukari and her friends as they floated in the direction of Seraphina. Yukari carefully examined Seraphina's unusual form as she walked up to her. Seraphina remained still, like a puppet of liquid.
Despite her peculiar situation, she exuded a captivating beauty that was made even more alluring by the black, opaque veil that covered her face. Only Yukari was aware of the true terror concealed behind that curtain.
Yukari couldn't help but congratulate Seraphina and said, "Good job." Seraphina nodded in response, which surprised her. Yukari was caught off guard by this sudden movement, which made her wonder what she had just seen.
She asked Tia and Su Yang, who were also examining Seraphina, "Did you see that?" They both looked puzzled at Yukari as they failed to make any observations. Yukari was puzzled, but decided to put her confusion aside for the time being.
"Seraphina will be our guardian for the God Tree," Yukari announced to everyone. Tia asked, "So what's next?" While the area was still illuminated by the projection, Yukari looked around them.
"By now, you have all witnessed my powers, as well as those of my subordinates," Yukari proclaimed in amusement. "Now I wonder, which brave heroes among you will dare to oppose me?" Yukari taunted, looking forward to the their panic. Then, her attention shifted to Yumi, and she paused the projection momentarily.
"It's your turn, sweetie," Yukari said, enveloping her daughter in a warm hug. "I will miss you, just like the first time, but I promise I will come to visit you every day. Soon, you will need to be connected to the God Tree for the harvest," she spoke with a hint of sadness.
Yumi walked over to her mother and gave her one last kiss while wiping away a few tears. "Mommy, I love you. I believe I will be free soon because it's you." Yumi then turned to Tiamat and Su Yang and gave them both affectionate hugs.
"Goodbye, Mommy Tia and Mommy Yuier," she said, expressing her affection. Tia couldn't help but cry, feeling the ache of separation from her daughter. Su Yang, surprised yet touched by being addressed as a mother, smiled warmly. "Thank you, Yuier, for acknowledging me," she said, gently patting Yumi's bunny ears.
Yukari watched this heartfelt interaction in sorrow. She realized that her own mother must have experienced the same emotions and carried immense guilt for not being present in her life.
Before Yukari decided to resume the projection, ready to continue her grand scheme. She pulled out the sealed vessel of Ryushiki. With Fang Chen sealed she handed the kettle like sealing device to Yukari.
"You just need absorb it when you transorm to your ten tails form," Yukari said as she did not want her daughter to eat humans especially Fang Chen, it would be very disgusting. "Phew I thought I would have to eat them" Yumi said in relief.
"With the dawn of a new era," Yukari proclaimed, her hand gracefully sweeping through the air. Yumi's body radiated a brilliant glow as she transformed into her Ten-Tailed form. Towering over the crimson ocean, she took the shape of a colossal bunny with ten majestic tails and piercing red eyes. Her presence alone sent shockwaves reverberating across the world.
Yumi, aware of her mother's plan to instill fear, let out a resounding roar that shook the very foundations of the planet.
In a display of her immense power, Yumi gathered chakra within her mouth and unleashed a devastating tail beast bomb. The projectile shot forward, obliterating a mountain in its path. The resulting explosion sent debris flying and unleashed a torrential wave of destruction.
The crimson ocean followed the path created by the explosion, spreading like a river, while its tributaries carved their own destructive channels.
Amidst this chaos, Yumi once again emanated a radiant glow. Standing firmly at the center of the crimson ocean, she extended her roots. These roots, pristine white in color, began to spread outward, weaving a mesmerizing tapestry over the tumultuous sea.
The colossal roots snaked wildly, burrowing deep into the ground and resurfacing with debris in their wake. They coiled and twisted, entwining themselves with the earth, firmly grasping its very core. As they moved, a cascade of debris and remnants of destruction splashed into the crimson ocean. And in a breathtaking culmination, Yumi herself transformed into the God Tree.
