Jiraiya mulled over his thoughts, considering a possibility.

Obito nodded and replied, "Of course! It's one of the three legendary sage regions, along with Ryuchi Cave and Shikkotsu Forest."

"Jiraiya-sama, I've decided—I'm willing to sign a contract with Mount Myoboku."

Jiraiya breathed a sigh of relief and smiled. "Good."

He clasped his hands in a seal and slammed them to the ground.

In a puff of smoke, a large, orange toad with blue-green markings appeared. Around its neck hung a string of prayer beads, the largest bearing the kanji for "Loyalty."

Obito recognized the toad immediately.

So, this is Gamachu—Jiraiya's most trusted summon, and the keeper of the summoning scroll.

Gamachu opened its mouth, spitting out a scroll before extending it to Obito with its tongue.

Jiraiya crossed his arms. "This contract has been passed down through generations. Open it and take a look."

"Uh…" Obito hesitated, cringing at the slimy texture. But he steeled himself, gingerly taking the scroll and spreading it out on the ground.

"Write your name in blood and stamp it with your handprint," Jiraiya instructed. "That'll finalize the contract."

"Got it!"

Obito bit his finger and wrote his name, then pressed his bloodied hand onto the scroll.

As he finished, a notification echoed in his mind.

[Choice completed! Reward: Mount Myoboku Sage Arts obtained!]

Obito's excitement bubbled—he had just unlocked one of the pinnacle power systems in the Naruto world!

Jiraiya nodded in satisfaction. "Now, just channel chakra into your contracted hand and perform the summoning seals: Boar—Dog—Bird—Monkey—Ram."

Obito nodded and swiftly executed the seals. He slammed his palm to the ground.

"Ninja Art: Summoning Jutsu!"

A cloud of smoke erupted. Obito eagerly awaited his first summon.

A gruff voice broke through the smoke. "Hey! I was eating—who dragged me here?"

The smoke cleared, revealing a small orange-and-red toad. It stood about knee-high and had two short swords strapped to its back.

Its blend of fierceness and cuteness made Obito pause.

The toad scanned its surroundings before focusing on Obito.

"Hey, kid in blue—was it you who summoned me?"

Obito nodded, curiosity gleaming in his eyes.

"That's right. I'm Uchiha Obito, and I just signed the contract with Mount Myoboku."

The toad gave a brief nod and extended a hand. "Nice to meet ya. I'm Gamashin, a swordsman."

Obito hesitated before high-fiving the toad's outstretched hand. "Nice to meet you, Gamashin. I look forward to working with you."

Gamashin withdrew his hand. "We'll see about that, kid. Anyway, I'm heading back—my food's getting cold."

With a "poof," the toad disappeared, leaving Obito slightly dumbfounded.

Guess I'll meet him properly next time.
