Devil Behind the Scenes – Naruto

Sak had already fallen. Totsu's sound wave, comparable to the legendary Eastern master Qiu Bai, formed a visible ripple in the air, rapidly approaching Naruto's direction.

Naruto immediately jumped out of the way. Sak, struck by Totsu's backstab, instantly suffered deep gashes on his back, with some wounds even reaching to the bone. Already on the brink of death, Sak trembled violently, his soul being drawn into the realm of death.

Totsu, seeing that his sound wave missed, gritted his teeth. He was about to continue searching for Naruto, who wore a mask when a kunai was suddenly shot at him. The kunai wasn't fast, and Totsu didn't intend to move.

He simply tilted his head, avoiding the kunai.

But in the next moment, as the kunai passed him by, Naruto suddenly appeared behind him, grabbing the kunai with a snap.

Flying Thunder God. Second Stage.

Totsu, now alert, seemed to realize something and immediately sucked in a cold breath.

"Behind you!" The female sound ninja, Jin, had already rushed forward, throwing several kunai at Naruto.

But it was too late. Time seemed to freeze in that instant. The speed of the Flying Thunder God was too fast; it was beyond what human nerves could react to. Without any suspense, Naruto thrust the kunai into Totsu's skull, the weak point of this genius sound ninja.

It was like pressing the pause button on life; Totsu's life force extinguished instantly.

The five kunai that Jin threw arrived late, and Naruto used Totsu's body to block them all. The kunai pierced deeply into Totsu's body.

"You sound ninjas sure like to backstab your teammates, don't you?" Naruto's voice was low, and the hollow part of his mask emitted a chilling red glow.

The female sound ninja, Jin, who was rushing towards Naruto, immediately stopped in her tracks. Under the gaze of the Nine-Tails' blood-red eyes, the fear of death wrapped around her, like a terrifying beast from the shadows, a storm of blood and gore rushing at her.

"Who are you?" Jin trembled as she asked, "Your appearance clearly indicates you're from Konoha, right?"

"You know quite a lot," Naruto replied, stepping closer to the female sound ninja. "Orochimaru sent you, didn't he? Your plan has already been exposed. I've been watching you since you entered the village."

"Orochimaru has already been surrounded and dealt with by the Hokage himself. There's no escape for him now, and there's no reason to keep you around."

"It's impossible!" she exclaimed.

"There's nothing impossible," Naruto said, stopping a few steps away from her. "Now, let's test your loyalty to Orochimaru."

"What do you want to do?" The female sound ninja was filled with fear.

"Interrogation, of course. But I'm guessing you won't say anything, so…" Naruto raised his hand, and surging blue lightning gathered around it, casting eerie, flickering light on his mask.

"I've decided to let you die in pain. I hope you'll keep your pathetic loyalty, don't disappoint me."

"I'll kill you! Bastard!" she shouted.

Naruto ignored her insults, knowing that the method of soul interrogation was something he had learned from a certain website.

It was a warm afternoon when, in search of a line of poetry, he accidentally wandered into a Peach Blossom Spring. Amidst the mist on the screen, he found a video titled [Chuunin Exam Interrogation Female Ninja].

After watching the entire video, he silently disliked it.

"Disgusting! I don't recognize this kind of Will of Fire," he thought.

Reality isn't like a book; there are no romantic scenes. With a cold face, Naruto threw a lightning bolt at the female sound ninja, and blue lightning wildly crackled. Her screams rang out instantly.

Naruto simply watched coldly.

She was dead. The first objective was completed, and the Sound Ninja trio was dealt with. As a result, Naruto gained the first reward: Fire Style—Fire Dragon Flame Technique.

With that, he fulfilled the second objective and earned the Wind Style—Wind Blade Technique, which was not bad either.

No matter how he chose, it didn't matter. Naruto decided to let the female sound ninja choose her own fate: to live or to keep Orochimaru's secrets.

Zzzzap!

Zzzzap!

The lightning mercilessly danced over the female ninja's body, completing its course. When the lightning faded, the female sound ninja rolled her eyes and collapsed on the ground, tears and saliva flowing, creating puddles beneath her.

Naruto glanced at her, and once again, blue lightning crackled around his hand, as if he was going to repeat the process.

"Please! Please stop! I'll talk! I'll talk!"

The female ninja curled into a ball, trembling all over, unable to see any warmth in Naruto's eyes. She knew that if she didn't speak, he would electrocute her to death.

That thought alone was enough to make her shiver. She'd rather die like her two teammates than endure this demon's torture.

Unaware that this was Naruto's intent, he had killed Sak and Totsu simply because they were obstacles. Even if he tortured them, those two scientifically enhanced monsters might have only become more excited.

"Do you really want to talk?" Naruto asked, sounding a little regretful.

"I… I'll say! I'll say!" The female ninja coughed, tears streaming down her face.

"Actually, you didn't have to say anything," Naruto hesitated. "I was also kind of hoping for Fire Style ninjutsu."

Upon hearing this, the female ninja's breathing became heavy. She didn't understand the Fire Style ninjutsu Naruto mentioned, but she knew that if she didn't speak, she would be electrocuted to death.

Such a hellish fate.

Looking at her desperate eyes, Naruto thought for a moment. Wind Style ninjutsu didn't sound too bad either.

"Go ahead, speak," he said.

Then, the female ninja started telling the truth, stuttering. Naruto, not trusting her completely, shocked her twice more to ensure the information was accurate. Only when her statements aligned did he release her.

In terms of information, ninjas should be thorough, right?

The female ninja lay motionless on the grass, her body numb. Hearing footsteps approaching, she weakly turned her head, her eyes dull as she stared at the one who had caused her pain.

However, Naruto didn't make another move. He simply gave her a cold glance and said, "I'll give you a life-saving piece of advice, seeing as you told the truth."

"After the exam, leave Konoha. Don't try to find your Lord Orochimaru. A person like you, with no value, will be killed by him."

With that, Naruto disappeared into the shadows.

Wind Style—Wind Blade Technique successfully unlocked.

Having dealt with the Sound Ninja trio, Naruto turned and headed back in the direction he came from. After about half an hour of travel, he hadn't yet reached the meeting point when he heard the sounds of a battle.

He was very close to the meeting spot now. After a brief pause, Naruto decided to hurry in that direction, shedding his ill-fitting Anbu uniform along the way.

As he arrived, he saw a scene that could be a famous painting in the world.

Orochimaru, with his long neck, had bitten Sasuke's neck, leaving a little "strawberry" mark.
