Chapter 158 : Raikage vs Uchiha!!

Without pausing to mourn Kurabi's death, the Fourth Raikage, Ai, charged onto the battlefield.

The Raikage's distinctive tattoo of the number 'four' and the Lightning Release Chakra Mode clearly marked him as the Raikage.

"This guy is the Cloud Ninja Minato-sensei and we met before!" Uchiha Obito recognized him immediately. He had been one of the A-B Combo they encountered.

But now, things were different.

The former 'Ai' had become the 'Kage,' the highest leader of the Cloud Village, and the 'Ai' who officially took on the title of the Fourth Raikage!

"How could this happen?" Uchiha Tetsuka's forehead was already sweating.

This was nearly the worst possible outcome. They had run into the Raikage head-on. The ninja who had killed the previous Raikage was from their Uchiha clan. 

Could things get any worse? Probably not.

Tetsuka wanted to ask, "You're the kage of a village. Why did you come into the war zone alone instead of joining the main forces? Aren't you afraid of being ambushed?" 

But no one could answer this.

Meeting the Uchiha clan members here was both surprising and thrilling.

The ninja who had killed his father in Kumogakure was an Uchiha! After that, the killer had disappeared without a trace.

"Hehe, let's start with you, Uchiha!" The Raikage clenched his fists, making a crackling sound, and a chilling grin appeared on his face. "I'll make you feel the pain of losing your loved ones!"

Good! Very energetic!

If Tetsuka hadn't encountered the Raikage, he would have said that his father's death was just and praised Sogetsu.

But now, all he wanted to say was, "Your father was killed by Sogetsu. What does that have to do with me, Uchiha?"

Personal actions within the clan shouldn't affect the entire clan!

In an instant, Uchiha Tetsuka, pulled back to reality, shouted, "Run, Genin! Get back and inform Lord Fugaku!"

"No one leaves!"

As soon as he finished speaking, Raikage Ai's figure vanished.

"So fast!"

Even with the Three-tomoe Sharingan, Uchiha Tetsuka could only catch a glimpse of his afterimage.

"Lightning Release Thunder Axe!"

Raikage Ai leaped high into the air and brought down his right leg like a massive axe.

Boom!!!

In an instant, it was as if a meteor had crashed to the ground, creating a tremendous shock wave.

The visible shockwave and wind slammed into everyone like a giant hammer, sending several nearby people flying backward.

The force of the attack shook the ground, causing cracks to spread like a spider web and sending gravel flying everywhere.

Obito and Rin saw what was coming. As soon as the Raikage disappeared, they ducked and ran for cover. But others weren't so fortunate; they were struck by debris and injured, screaming as they tumbled on the ground.

Uchiha Tetsuka reacted quickly, putting some distance between himself and the chaos.

A watching Uchiha jonin quickly formed hand seals and prepared to cast a spell. "Fire Style: Great Fire."

"Too slow!"

Before the jonin could finish his last hand seal, Raikage Ai appeared right in front of him. Lightning and thunder crackled as a powerful punch, charged with chakra, struck the jonin's face before he could use his jutsu.

With a thunderous BANG, Ai's punch crushed the jonin's head. Blood and gore splattered as the headless jonin fell to the ground, still holding his hand seals.

"Fire Style: Phoenix Fire!"

"Shuriken Technique: Shadow Windmill!"

"Fire Style: Dragon Fire Technique!"

"Wind Style: Great Breakthrough!"

Tetsuka and the other veteran ninjas launched a massive area attack with their jutsu. The combined fire and wind techniques created an intense explosion of flames, engulfing Raikage Ai in a sea of fire.

"Got him!" Tetsuka thought, pleased.

But a moment later, surrounded by crackling lightning, Ai emerged unscathed from the flames.

The powerful chakra pushed the flames back several meters, and the lightning armor around him burst into uneven shapes.

"Uchiha, is that all you've got?"

With a wicked smile, Ai gestured for them to come closer. "Show me the Uchiha clan's Sharingan!"

"How arrogant!"

Provoked, Tetsuka became enraged, and three tomoe appeared.

Immediately, all the Uchiha opened their eyes, and over a dozen pairs of red eyes fixed on the Raikage.

"Use Wind Style! Wind Style is strong against Lightning Style!" Tetsuka ordered. 

"Wind Style ninjas, fall back, we'll hold him off!"

"Hehe, Wind Style?"

Instead of stopping, Ai's competitive spirit was ignited.

Boom!

In an instant, the air seemed to twist as if controlled by an invisible giant hand, creating a massive vortex.

Ai broke through the sound barrier, charging toward the Uchiha at incredible speed. The air currents trailing behind him formed wind dragon waves that crashed into the Uchiha.

The powerful wave knocked them over.

It felt like being in the middle of a tsunami, clinging to a piece of driftwood that might capsize at any moment.

Bang bang bang bang,

In the next moment, Raikage Ai burst into the enemy camp.

He moved like a tiger among sheep. Anyone he touched had their bones shattered and flesh broken, as if hit by a train. They flew backward at insane speed.

Everyone, including Tetsuka, suddenly realized their efforts were pointless! What could they do now?

Even if the Sharingan predicted where Ai would appear or how he would attack, there was no time to react! In just a few seconds, Raikage Ai overwhelmed the ordinary ninjas.

In front of him, even making hand seals was impossible. Though Ai's speed in Lightning Chakra mode wasn't as fast as Minato Namikaze's, to ordinary ninjas, it seemed almost like teleportation.

By the time they reacted, Ai was already right in front of them!

At this moment, Raikage Ai took advantage of Tetsuka's mistake.

A massive figure, like a Tyrannosaurus Rex, raced through the air, creating explosive air rings. Amid the sonic boom, he tore through the air effortlessly. His heavy steps shattered the ground as he charged forward with a thunderous roar.

"Thunder level!"

He slashed Tetsuka's neck with a sharp hand.

Raikage Ai abruptly stopped, lifted his palm, and swung it lightly. The sharp hand seemed to cut through the air itself.

The speed was so intense that Tetsuka didn't realize he was dead until he saw his own back.

Tetsuka's head fell to the ground.

Uchiha Obito, struck by the sight, stood there stunned.

In moments, thirteen Uchiha ninjas were all slaughtered by Raikage Ai.

"Kid, it's your turn!"

Raikage Ai turned his intense gaze to Obito and Rin: "I remember you were disciples of Minato Namikaze, right?"
