THE LAND OF WAVES PART-29 (FINAL BATTLE-1)

outside Gatou's mansion, there was a long line of tents, the tents were filled with the members of 'heavenly demon group'. they were waiting for the signal to attack and ravage the village.

not far from them in the bushes there was a mouse who was listening to their shouts, hearing them a cold light flashed in his eyes, he ignored them for the time being, and move toward the main building, he went inside and move all the way to the basement, reaching there the mouse stopped in front of the room, where Daichi and his men were making their war strategy.

"so how are we going execute the assault" Masaru asked with a carefree expression, he was not even considering that they might loose, after all the only worthy opponent the enemies had was the Kakashi Hatake, the copy ninja of the village hidden in the leaves. who was only a mid-level shinobi. as for the others, he did not even consider them a threat.

"Masaru tell me how many manpower do you have," Daichi asked, he needed to know the no. of their forces in order to form a plan.

"well apart from me and Ryuu who are jounin-level shinobi, my 'heavenly demon group' has around 20 chunin-level missing-nin, around 100 genin-level nins and around 1000 ordinary mercenary" Masaru said with a slight proud in his voice, he was proud that he was able to make such a big power on his own, hearing this Daichi thought for a while and slowly a plan to birth in his mind. after thinking it through he said "okay, so it will go like this, Masaru you and me will deal with Kakashi Hatake, Ryuu you will deal with his three-man genin team, be careful they have an Uchiha in their team, who has suspected to awaken his sharingan, if possible try to capture him alive, I am sure Tsuchikage will be very glad after getting his hands on a doujutsu bloodline, and as for the other two, do whatever you want to do with them" after saying all this Daichi paused for a little so that they can absorb what he just said.

Naruto who was meditating under a tree suddenly got the information from one of his clones regarding the war which will take place tomorrow, his eyes suddenly shot up and he disappeared from his place.

"everyone come here, i have got some intel regarding their attack" Naruto suddenly appeared inside the room when others have just finished their dinner, hearing him they nodded and move toward the living room, after they sat down Naruto continues "well, let's start with their manpower, currently they have 1 high jounin-level shinobi from the land of rock, a mid jounin level shinobi and a low-level jounin level shinobi, apart from the jounins they have around 20 chunins, 100 genins and around 1000 ordinary mercenary" hearing Naruto Kakashi was fine as he already knew about all this but others were shocked and their face went pale.

"Damn!" Zabuza muttered to himself.

"how are we gonna counter such a big-army and what is their attacking pattern" Sasuke ask while considering wether he will be able to kill them all.

"I have already got the plan ready, we will take advantage of their ignorance," Naruto said with a smile on his face. hearing this others look at him strangely and finally, Sakura asks "Naruto what do you mean by ignorance".

"ah! yes, i almost forget about this, they are currently unaware of our present fighting strength, they think that it was Kakashi sensei who wiped out the 'mountain wolf group', they also do not seem to notice that Zabuza a jounin level shinobi is in our band right now, so here is the deal, I will fight Daichi their leader, Kakashi sensei will take care of Masaru the leader of 'heavenly demon group and Zabuza-san will take care of Ryuu Masaru's younger brother" Naruto said after comparing their odds in battle then he continues "sasuke you and Haku will take care of those 20 chunin rank shinobi and Sakura you will fight with those 100 genins along with the reinforcement from Konoha"

"but what about those 1000 mercenaries," Sakura asked with a worried expression. "well, you do not need to worry about them I will take care of them tonight" Naruto replied with a dangerous expression on his face. hearing this the group was shocked. "but the battle is tomorrow why are we attacking tonight" Sakura asked.

"well, if you remember in the academy Iruka sensei ones told us that the best time to attack your enemies is when they are least expecting it, since they are going to attack tomorrow, they should be conserving their strength by resting, so it is the ideal time for us to attack" Naruto replied while killing intent broke out from his body. "and how are you going to do it" Kakashi asked.

"well, I have designed a detonation seal, which I will put on my clones so that they can detonate themselves when they will come near an enemy" Naruto replied. hearing this everyone's eyes became wide open. "but if you are going to detonate them, there will be loud explosions, which will inform the enemy of our attack, is that part of the plan as well" Zabuza asks with a frown on his face. hearing him a smile appear on Naruto's face and he nodded "this is a war, and we are not compiled to follow enemies flow of conduct, the only thing matters is who won in the end, so by those explosions I will force them to come out and that is when we will begin our final assault" hearing him everyone nodded, they knew that this plan was well thought, because after killing 1000 mercenaries the villagers will not be in any danger.

"sensei inform Akito to move the villagers to the safety bunkers so that they will not get caught in crossfire, right now it is around 8:00 pm, we will move after 5 hours" Naruto said this and everyone nodded. after all the talk was done Kakashi left to inform Akito and others also start doing their respective preparation.

as the insects were marching toward the settlement, Sasuke, Sakura, Haku and others were looking at this with a pale expression on their faces, even Kakashi was a little intrigued. "damn! a whole army of Kamikaze clones, this is too vicious" Zabuza muttered to himself he was glad that he accepted Naruto's invitation and became one of his men, he could not even imagine what could have happened if he was his enemy, similar thoughts were going through others head.

seeing this Daichi, Masaru and Ryuu's eyes changed and a horrendous killing intent broke out from their bodies. " aaahhhh who in the bloody hell did it" Masaru shouted, seeing that almost all his men died a vengeful expression appear on his face, he had worked hard in order to form this group, It took him 10 years to recruit these many men and now it was all gone in a minute. he was really angry. just as he was about to lash out he saw a barrage of kunai coming in his direction seeing this his expression did not change, he slightly shifted his body and dodged the kunai but just as the kunai passed from his side he saw paper bombs attached to them seeing this his expression changed and he hurriedly used 'BODY FLICKER' and disappeared from his place and just as he did 'BOOM' a series of blast occurred and because of the explosion their group was forced to scattered. just as the bombs detonated Daichi and Ryuu also used 'BODY FLICKER' and disappeared from their position.

currently, Daichi was standing on top of the mansion looking down with an extremely cold expression on his face, his whole body was emitting an intense killing intent, he did not think that enemies will attack them when they were not expecting it. he looks down and saw Masaru reappear not far away from the explosion site and just as he did he was attacked by a hidden leaf ninja whose face was half covered if he was not wrong this man was Kakashi Hatake the copy ninja of the village hidden in the leaves. then he saw Ryuu being attacked by a man who was holding a chakra sword in his hand. on the other hand the group of chunin were attacked by 2 brats and the group of genin were attacked by a four men team consisting of a pink haired girl and three men.

seeing the organised attack, his worst horror became real. "Damn! they knew about my plan" he was tensed and angry at the same time, he wanted to keep his identity secret but looking at the current situation that will not be a wise choice. he again looks at Masaru and Kakashi's fight and decided to intervene, just as he was about to move a figure suddenly appeared in front of him and blocked his path, the figure was that of a twelve-year-old kid, seeing this a frown appear on his face. before he could ask anything the kid said in the coldest tone he has ever heard. "now-now do not disturb their fight they have worked hard in order to prepare for this battle". Daichi did not react to his words and ask. hearing this Daichi's eyes became even colder and a chakra pulse was sent, the pulse passed through Naruto who did not even flinched.
