weapons were colliding and sparks were originating from their point of contact. sasuke and zouri were attacking each other with their chakra infused weapons.

after a fierce collision, both of them were pushed back, sasuke was panting a little, there were cracks on his kunai, on the other hand, zouri's sword was completely fine.

hearing zouri Sasuke's eyes starts to blaze and the single tomoe in his eyes start spinning and suddenly his vision becoming more clear, seeing the spinning eye a frown appear on zouri's face but he did not put much thought into it and dash toward sasuke and attack him with a downward sweep from his sword.

after dodging the sword sasuke waved his kunai and shove it toward zouri's neck, seeing this zouri hurriedly moved back and barely avoid the attack, after dodging zouri was sweating all over.

he raised his head only to see sasuke making handseals, seeing this he raised his guard.

'KATON: FIRE DRAGON JUTSU'

he put his fingers on his lips and breath out a huge amount of fire and soon this fire turned into a flame dragon, after the dragon was formed, sasuke moved his thoughts and the dragon pound toward zouri.

seeing the incoming dragon zouri raised his sword above his head fused his water style chakra in it. after infusion, the sword starts to emit a blue haze.

'SUITON: RIPPLING FALL'

as the sword came down, a blue water wave shot out from it move toward the fire dragon at an incredible speed.

they both collide and cancel out each other's momentum, as the dust settled down zouri looked toward Sasuke's location only to find it empty, just as he was about to look around he noticed a shadow looming above his head, he look up and saw sasuke spitting out fire from his mouth.

'KATON: FALLING FIRE SCATTER'

sasuke shot out a large amount of small fire, they fell down on zouri's location, seeing this zouri hurriedly dodged the fire rain, even though he was quick on his feet, he was still not able to completely dodge them and was burned in different places.

feeling the pain, his eyes turned red and he dashed toward sasuke who has just landed, he infused his water style chakra in it and pierced his sword toward sasuke like a spear.

'SUITON: WATER PILLAR'

a horizontal water pillar shot out from the sword point in Sasuke's direction.

seeing this sasuke tried to dodge, but his body was not able to react fast enough, and the water pillar hit him square in his stomach and he was thrown back, while flying sasuke took out some shurikens and threw them toward zouri, seeing this zouri sneered and deflect them with just a sweep of his arm.

sasuke fell to the ground while spitting blood and fainted, seeing this zouri smiled and dash toward sasuke to give him a final blow, he appears in front of Sasuke's body, the sword in his hand came down at an alarming rate and just as it was inches away from sasuke.

'SUBSTITUTION JUTSU'

sasuke disappeared from his place and his body was replaced by a wooden log, seeing this a frown appear on zouri's face but soon this frown changed into fear because there were around ten paper bombs on the wooden log.

seeing this zouri hurriedly move back but it was already too late and

'BBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMM'

a loud blast occurred and zouri was engulfed by blazing flames, after taking the initial burn he was blown away by the shockwave caused by the blast. blood came out from his mouth and he crashed near the shurikens thrown by sasuke.

bearing the pain he hurriedly stood up and look at sasuke who was standing not far from him, he look at him with hate in his eyes and just as he was about to move.

'SHINGGGGGG'

he heard a sound, he saw sasuke moving his hand in a strange manner and seeing this a feeling of dread appear in his heart and before he could think any further he saw the shurikens sasuke threw earlier were now moving own their own in his direction, seeing this he was a little puzzled but soon he saw the metal wire attached to them.

realizing what was happening his eyes went wide and before he could react he was bound by those metal wire.

after being tied he fell down with a fearful expression on his face, he raised his head and saw sasuke slowly moving toward him. there was a cold look in his eyes seeing this his back went cold and before he could say anything, sasuke start making hand signs.

'KATON: BLAZING FLAME'

sasuke spat a huge amount of flame in zouri's direction. seeing the flame zouri's heart went cold and the flames engulfed him.

'AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH.....

the surrounding was unusually quiet there was no other sound except zouri's screams, sasuke was looking at this with an expressionless face, he saw as the flames melt zouri's outer skin and burnt his muscles. seeing all this something inside Sasuke's mind broke and his whole air and aura changed.

soon the screams stopped, the fire scattered and only a pile of bones were left. sasuke sighed and turned around to see naruto and just as he turned...

'BBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMM'

a large explosion occurred and sasuke saw naruto's figure being engulfed by flames.

sasuke: NAARRUTOOOO.

sasuke hurriedly ran toward naruto but before he could even take a single step the shockwave hit him and he was thrown back, he crashed into a big rock and his vision went dark.

five minutes later.

a figure landed near the battlefield, the figure had white hairs and a mask on his face, it was kakashi. seeing the destruction a frown appear on his face and a worried feeling appear in his heart.

he looks around and saw unconscious sasuke beside a big boulder, seeing this Kakashi's face went pale and he disappeared from his place and appear in front of sasuke, he crouched down and held Sasuke's wrist, he sent some of his chakra inside Sasuke's body in order to check his condition after checking him he sighed in relief. even though sasuke was hurt, his injuries were not that serious.

being disturbed by kakashi sasuke slowly regained his consciousness, feeling a presence beside him he was a little tensed but after seeing who it was a sighed, then suddenly he remembered naruto being consumed by flames and his face went pale, he hurriedly held kakashi's palm and said.

sasuke: sensei naruto is in danger.

while saying this he pointed in finger in the direction of the explosion.

hearing sasuke a frown appear on kakashi's face, he held Sasuke's arm tightly and they both disappeared from their place and appeared beside the crater, they hurriedly move toward its edge and after seeing inside their expression went pale.

inside the crater, naruto was sitting in the centre seemingly in deep meditation and his whole body was covered in an orange colour chakra.
