( INTENSE TRAINING )

1 month later, 6 a.m.

naruto was running in one of Konoha's street, his clothes were full dust and he was completely drenched in sweat and there were sand weights on his arms and legs.

even though he was gasping for air, he did not stop running, after 30 minutes in the training field, Naruto was lying on the ground due to exhaustion.

it is been 1 month since he started his taijutsu training according to 'inner chakra impulse' and he can already feel that his body has become a lot stronger than before, his stamina has grown exponentially.

on the first day of training, he could only run for around 20 minutes with no weights and now after 1 month, he can run for around one and a half hour with 20 kg. extra load on his body.

you can already see some sturdy well-outlined muscles on his body, although his height did not increase much but he still looks much stronger than before.

after resting for sometime, Naruto sat down crossed leg under a tree and start meditating according to the soul enhancement technique given in 'inner chakra impulse'.

he has been doing this continuously for last one month but was not able to gain any success but he did not give up.

today while meditating, the air around naruto starts to become a little chaotic and an invisible energy starts to leak out from his body.

although the energy was very little it still had an overwhelming momentum.

as the energy leak out earth beneath naruto starts to crack up and smoke starts to come out from his body, it continued for around 1 minute and finally, Naruto opens his eyes.

there was a look of exhaustion on his face but his eyes were full of excitement.

naruto: " finally after one month of hard work, I unlocked my soul energy "

after one month of hard work, Naruto finally accomplishes the first and probably the most difficult phase of 'inner chakra impulse'.

naruto: " system what is the next step "

[in the next step, host will need to fuse his chakra and soul energy into one, when host will do it a chain reaction will occur in that fused energy due to which a large amount of energy will be released. for the first impulse host will need to fuse2% his chakra and 2% percent of soul energy ]

[host is advised not to try the 1st pulse right now since host body is still weak and will be seriously injured if host will fuse his chakra and soul force]

[according to system's conjectures the creator of this technique also died due to over fusion, because of which too much energy was generated, which his body was not able to hold and he ended up exploding]

hearing this a frightful expression appear on Naruto's face and he decided to rest his plans for 1st impulse for the time being.

after his meditation was complete naruto decided to do his conversion training, it been a month since he is training and now is able to cut the leaves in two halves.

naruto did this for around six hours.

12 p. m.

seeing the time Naruto decided to stop in order to fill himself up.

ichiraku stall.

naruto: " boss give me a bowl of 'miso ramen' "

teuchi: "coming right up"

after a couple of minutes, he got his ramen and start eating.

teuchi: " say Naruto, you look happy today"

naruto: "yup, I made some major breakthrough in my training today"

teuchi: "Oh! that is good, so how strong are you now"

naruto: "how strong huh, I never measured my power but it should not be below than an experienced genin"

teuchi: "that is good"

saying this teuchi went back to his work.

naruto was still thinking about the level of his power. while thinking he was struck by a brilliant idea.

naruto: " system can you initiate a program and an interface, which can help me in monitoring my progress"

naruto: " that is good, do it then"

while system was working on program naruto decided to finish his ramen.

just as he was about to leave ichiraku. he saw a boy of his age coming to him, he had thick eyebrows and a spirited look in his eyes, who could it be other than 'rock lee', he approach naruto and said

rock lee: "excuse me, are you a taijutsu practitioner"

seeing Rock Lee, Naruto was quite surprised.

naruto: " yes I am, but how come you know"

rock lee: "Oh! I saw weights on your hand and legs so I thought you might be a taijutsu user"

naruto: "I see, anyway my name is Naruto, may I ask what you want from me"

rock lee: "nice to meet you Naruto, actually I am looking for a partner to practice my taijutsu "

while saying this an embarrassed look appear on his face, Naruto look at Rock Lee for a moment and then a smile appear on his face and he said.

naruto: "I am more than happy to help you in your training, maybe I will also gain something from it"

hearing this a happy expression appear on Lee's face and he thanked Naruto.

naruto invited Lee to his usual training place to which Lee happily agreed. after reaching there he ask Lee.

naruto: " so how do you want me to help you in training"

Lee: "Oh! let's fight each other. since it is the best training method for improving coordination between mind and body"
