Volume IV: The Senju Clan Chapter 30: Ghost

A week has passed and I have moved into the Senju clan compound. Today is the start of my training trip . I had to beg Hiruzen for a lot of time and I got a one year training trip permit from him.

Well that's what Hiruzen thinks, I'm actually going to bolster my shadow army with the Kaguya Clan and the Yuki Clan. I would like to get the shadows of the dead Kages if possible, but before all that I need his shadow.

As I was packing for my one year training trip, I heard a voice of a kid saying "You're leaving again?"

"I'll be back, and you know that too Naruto." I told him.

The people still see him as the Nine Tailed fox reincarnation, but the clan kids have started to warm up to him, thanks to Shika, Ino and Choji.

"But.... "

"It's alright, I've told my friend to look after you when I'm gone. She will be with you from now on." I said.

"Who is she? Is she your girlfriend?" Naruto asked me with a sheepish smile.

"Am I Bokuto?" Both of us heard the voice, so we looked at the person who said that, and Yugao was standing there.

Looking at Naruto I said "She's not my girlfriend." and ruffled his hair and picked up my bag and walked over to Yugao and mumbled so that only she could hear "Not yet anyway."

Hearing that she beamed a smile and told Naruto "Come on Naruto you got to go to the academy."

"Shoot. I forgot, thanks nee-san" He said looking at Yugao and then looking at me he said "Bye nii-san, see ya later."

"Yeah bye." After saying that I teleported away from the spot and appeared in the forest outside of Konoha.

And started to walk in the direction where the God Tree was in the past, saying "I am getting at least a Marshall grade soldier from his shadow."

Mountains' Graveyard is a mountainous region located at the north-most region of the land between Takigakure and Otogakure 'From what I remember, the base of operation of Obito, Zetsu and Madara is somewhere around here.'

Using my spatial sense I looked for any sign of Obito and Zetsu. Luckily, both of them are not here so this is my chance to get the shadow without any kind of fight.

As I made sure that there's no one present in the underground mining cave system, I walked into the cave through the opening.

It has dense forestry and the bones of many giant creatures can be seen jutting out of it. In the manga it's stated that the abandoned mine is connected to the Otsutsuki Clan.

After going through several routes, I reached the place where the tree which grew from the living clone of Hashirama, meaning my granduncle and the Demonic Statue seated upon it, a large tree stump which was possibly occupied by Madara, and a wooden bed on a single platform.

Then looking around that area I found what I was after, the preserved dead body of Madara. 'Hope this works.'

Thinking that I said "Arise."

And slowly, the shadow of Madara started to get extracted and formed into a shadow soldier. Instead of the usual design of coloured highlights, this one has the same armour of Madara.

Suddenly, the shadow soldier knelt on one knee and said "My Liege."

Hearing the voice of the shadow soldier, I was happy beyond reason. This only means that Madara is above the General Rank shadow soldier, looking at him I said "I'll talk to you later, now into my shadow."

Nodding at me it entered my shadow, as the shadow soldier went inside my shadow I said "Come out. I know you're here." 'Good thing that he just appeared now and not before the extraction.'

As I said that, a swirl started to appear in front of me and a masked man came out of it saying "Well well, I take a break then there's someone infiltrating my place."

Then looking me up and down he said "Who are you? I haven't seen you around here."

Looking into his eyes, I said "Name is Sung Jin Woo. For everyone else, Sovereign of Death."

"Well, Sovereign of Death, care to join my side?" While he was saying that, I saw that he was reaching for the Gunbai on the wall, so I said "I don't see the need for it."

"That is sad. I wanted a person who could infiltrate my base easily in my team. Well, bad luck.... " Then he rushed at me and said "For you that is."

Seeing that he is trying to attack me I said "Not today." and teleported away from there in an instant and appeared in the Land of Whirlpool.

Looking around and seeing the old destroyed buildings I muttered "Well that was surprising. If I hadn't changed my form into Sung Jin-woo after getting out of the village, Obito would have recognized me."

Sighing I looked at my shadow and said "Come out."

The shadow of Madara came out of my shadow and knelt on one knee and said "Yes my Liege."

I just observed the shadow, I don't know if it's luck or something else, Madara's shadow is not dissipating. 'Well, that's good for me.'

Looking at him I said "Do you have a name?"

"No, my Liege."

"Alright, from now on you are Ghost. Since your real body was called the Ghost of Uchiha"

"Thank you my Liege."

"Now you can go back into my shadow."

As Ghost went back into my shadow I looked in the direction of Kiri and muttered "Time to get more shadow soldiers."

As the intruder teleported away from the base of Obito, Black Zetsu who came out of the ground asked "Where's the intruder?"

"Teleported away to somewhere I can't reach." Obito said.

"Somewhere you can't reach?" Black Zetsu asked since Obito is the best at space-time ninjutsu.

"It's like my Kamui dimension, except it has greater range than Kamui." Obito said. "I have seen a glimpse of that dimension when this intruder teleported away, it was red and there was lots of fire. If I have describe that dimension in one word the it will be "Hell""

Hearing that Black Zetsu narrowed its yellow eyes and thought 'Did someone get access to the dimension of mother?'
